Excellent communication, no problem setting up a date. The electricians (two) arrived a little before scheduled time, checked out what needed done and got right to work. They had a process down and moved through the installations without a problem. They then had us walk through the rooms testing the fans. Everything was left perfectly clean. They were professional and very nice. Very happy with our experience and won't hesitate to use them again.

From the very first contact, Mr. Crawford was extremely professional in his communication. He returned calls immediately. He showed up to do the work when he said he was. His manner was courteous and friendly. It was a small job for him but he acted as if it were important to us, which it was. After looking at the cost of the light and transformer he bought at Home Depot, I have revised my review of his cost. As best as I can determine, those cost under $75. He gave us an estimate of $300 which we accepted. It was our fault for not confirming how much of that would be supplies and how much was labor and expertise.

I called and spoke to Jeff Crawford to schedule an appointment and asked if he could fit me in the following morning. Even though the schedule was already booked for the morning he graciously worked me into the schedule since I had to go out of town that afternoon. Tony arrived the next morning right on schedule and quickly went to work and installed and exterior outlet in less than in hour. His work was impeccable and he cleaned up inside and out when he was done. He was very professional and service oriented and explained everything he had done. The cost was also very competitive. I will definitely use Crawford Electric again and highly recommend.

The team at Crawford came to our house to assess an issue where half the house was dark due to outlets not working. They were punctual and professional and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Great team and will use them again if we have any other electrical issues!

We needed a waterproof receptacle. It was a bit pricy. He was quick and efficient. He did not have the correct one and he went to another warehouse to get a good one for us. He went the extra mile.

Mike and Randy arrived earlier then the appointment time, which was great, to install my new fans. They are gentleman and respectful. I ask them to attach the remote on the wall for one of the fans, and for the other fan I wanted the pull chains shortened. I have used this company several times before and never have been disappointed.

We are so happy with the work. Once we contacted Crawford Electric they immediately got back with us to schedule the work and could get it done much sooner than we had anticipated. They were friendly and professional and got the work done quickly. We will absolutely call them again when in need of any electrical repair.

Mike (Electrician) did a great job installing the new ceiling light fixtures and fans. He provided a detailed quote and completed all of the work in high quality and timely fashion. Really impressed with his work and will use him again in the future.

I was provided stellar service by the technicians. They installed the fixtures and cleaned it after the install. They replaced all the furniture and objects they moved and even swept the floor! They arrived on time and were very professional. The price was very reasonable. This will be my "go to" company for all of my electrical needs.

Great! We had been out of town for a couple of days. We came home and the electrical outlet for the refrigerator in the garage and both bathrooms and the computer were not working. We pressed the reset button but nothing happened. We have had this problem in the past. We called Crawford Electric and they were out within a couple of hours. We were frantic. They went around our house and replaced defective receptacles and now we are good to go. It was a very good experience and I will use them again for any electrical need we have.

Jeff was extremely professional and efficient. He accomplished the job in a very reasonable amount of time and I am very happy with the results. I would use Crawford Electric again.

No one called or showed up for the appointment. I waited until noon the next day to see if I would receive a call explaining why I waited around for nothing, and then called to see if perhaps someone had recorded my cell number incorrectly or an emergency had occurred. But, the man I talked to acknowledged my appointment, and apologized for "simply overlooking" me. He offered to send someone that afternoon, but I told him I preferred working with companies I could depend on to show up or call. Crawford is a top-rated company with almost 100% positive reviews on Angie's List, so that's why I selected them for an estimate. I realize that popular companies often have more work than they can handle, and their work is probably superior and worth waiting for, but I have to trust people I do business with to show up on time when I expect them to be here, or to call with a valid reason for being late or having to re-schedule. I appreciate Crawford's courtesy on the phone, but punctuality and communication are fundamental requirements they lacked.

I called in on Friday morning of The Memorial Day weekend and despite the fact that they were short staffed the electricians arrived mid afternoon and found my wiring issues in an efficient and timely manner. They were professional and friendly. Thanks Mike and Randy!!!

Called and they had someone at my house 10 minutes later. He was very polite and professional, checked a few things back and forth between garage and house and was finished very quickly. Waited for me to test outlets to confirm they worked before he left.

Called repair service, very responsive, arrived on time. Repairmen (they sent 2) were professional, cleaned up after themselves, were fast in their repairs. Friendly and pleasant to work with. Diagnosis and repair were correct for 2 problems, third repair was not correct, need to call them back to fix. Somewhat costly for work done but comparable to other services.

Jeff and his man were punctual, professional and very easy to work with . 1. Clean and smooth, the move to the adjacent wall was easy. As agreed, I will patch the holes left by the now gone pendent lights. 2. This seemed difficult as there was no overhead access to the area above this shower, Jeff and his man worked it and got a new LED light into the space so now we can see when we shower. 3. The same bathrooms only electric outlet was tied into the light fixture. This is a problem when you need to pretty much plug anything into it. It was a bit of work as they needed to gain access to the crawlspace of the house to route a new circuit to it. Cleaned up after themselves to where it will be minor follow up for me to get some dust. Its wonderful! 4. This last Christmas we needed to run an extension cord from the garage to the front door for some decorations. Crawford electric added an exterior outlet within easy access to our front porch area! Well done, going through brick and the patch job around the box is fantastic. 5. We have an exterior sodium light that we could never figure out how to turn on. It turns out, through Crawford Electric's experiences with such matters that the photo sensor was damaged beyond repair AND the wire running from the panel to the post contained a short. Thus, it still remains non-operative, but we were given a ball park figure and passed on the opportunity to fix it now. In closing, Crawford electric was very professional, very responsive to my questions, very punctual. On top of that, they came in $15 under their quote, and while that is not a lot, I feel that was WONDERFUL as there were, without doubt, some trouble areas with this job see numbers 2 and 3. Not only would I hire Crawford Electric again, they are my electricians! I am leery of writing such a glowing review so as not to let the word out, however, they deserve and have earned it through the quality of their work.

Professional, went right to work, charged a fair price...offered to come back and install remote for fan that was missing from the box for no charge. Nice guy and helper.

Jeff was a very nice man. I asked him out to look at our electrical honey do list and he was professional and poised. I look forward to putting out another review on Angie's List after the work is completed.
