Excellent customer service during both scheduling of appt and completing work. Arrived on time and were professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and clean. Answered all my questions and had good suggestions.I will be having them back to complete other updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a pleasure to have them do work in my home.

I used this company based on the reviews from Angie's list. When I set the appt up, the company referred me to use a $75 coupon in the paper mint. The crew came out around 8:25 (appt time was 8:00, when I called the crew was in route) and they were out the door by 9:15 to replace a ceiling fan. They cleaned up after themselves and even hauled the ceiling to the curb bc it's was trash day. Would recommend this company again when needed.

They were originally scheduled for 2 weeks earlier, but I had to reschedule last minute. They were very accommodating and extremely easy to work with. They were prompt and showed up on the scheduled work day on time. The team knew what they were doing and worked fast. Their work was excellent and exactly what they explained to me. When they were finished they fully explained to me when they did, demoed the new lights for me and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely recommend them and would use their service in the future.

The two guys from Crawford showed up on time (a little early). They were very professional, neat, and efficient. It's my son's bedroom, so they educated him a bit about what they were doing, which was appreciated. He's 12 and thinks he's 20. ;) Took less than 10 minutes, but so glad I did it. Would call Crawford again. Was charged $80 on Angie's List plus $10 for parts.

Very courteous and helpful. The best ever service, an immediate appointment at my convenience. Called to further coordinate the time on the day of service. Once here provided a through inspection, explained everything, performed minor repairs, provided miscellaneous parts at no extra costs. Made reasonable and sensible recommendations. Even took apart a ceiling fan to determine the source of its malfunction. All I can say is thank you Angie's List!

Jeff called to let me know Justin and Randy were on their way; they showed up on time, were very efficient, and professional. They cleaned up afterwards; I would refer Crawford Electric and use them in the future.

They showed up on time and were very professional. The only issue i had was what they charged for parts. They would not want to use my electric cable due to color (gauge is what matters not color). The labor was fair $95 an hour x 2 (i think and had $20 off) which was fair and well worth their professionalism etc. Problem was parts cost. I have no issues paying a mark up on parts as well however when they are more than ridiculous, in a way makes you feel you are taken advantage of then you start to question motives. I almost can guarantee the team did the work gets compensated for mark up from parts. If that part was reasonable and not disturbing, i would use them again and again since the quality was good. How about charging more for labor and charge cost on parts to make it a great service??

Another great job by Crawford Electic. I needed to have my electrical meter box replaced/repaired and they were able to get the job done in only an hour. Polite, Competent, and Professional is exactly what Mike, John, and Mark were.

I was extremely impressed with Crawford electric. They came out within a couple days of the initial request to do an estimate, and then were very easy to reschedule for the install. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and charged me what they said they would charge. I have dealt with several contractors and service companies this year due to some home improvements, and Crawford has been a bright spot in an otherwise fairly bleak landscape of rescheduling, delays, and poor service. I would highly recommend Crawford.

For each visit the electrician was on time, the work was performed within the giving time frame and when there was some concern over where or how to do something I was asked to clarify. Additionally there were some interesting circumstances at my house and another electrician was brought in for guidance, which did not increase the cost or how long it took them to complete the job. A day later I noticed that the outlets in the garage were not working, so I called them that morning and they were able to get someone out promptly to fix the issue. Will definitely use again when I need some additional work done on the house.

The electric line going to the refrigerator in the garage shorted out and all of our food spoiled before we noticed it. Crawford responded the next work day and diagnosed the problem as a breaker in the electric box that had failed. Fixed it in 10 minutes and then checked the other outlets on that line. The electricians were pleasant, professional and were most responsive when I mentioned Angie`s List. I used a an Angie`s coupon so the service call was only $71.

Initially I was replacing the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I had replaced fans in the past but this time the wiring was confusing so I called the professionals. The technician arrived on time (a little early actually). He and his assistant were very polite and professional. I showed them the installation area and explained the situation. The lead tech was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing and explained why the wiring was the way it was. They were in and out in 30 minutes. I would use Crawford Electric again in the future.

Provider did not appear to have any knowledge that we paid in advance for 2 hours of labor (via Angie's list special). Lead electrician grumbled that his job was not to replace ceiling fans despite being asked first if that was a service they offered. Discovered after they left that one fan was not wired properly to the light switch (the light was wired but the fan was not) and the fan can only be used with the remote. Lead electrician was unfriendly, though his assistant was very nice.

Techicians were very professional.

Everything went great. We were having a big birthday party on June 13th and on June 11 we noticed that some of our outlets were not working. We were having inflatables delivered and many family members staying the weekend so it was critical that everything was in working order. I called my regular electric company and they could not come out until the next week. I called Crawford, explained the situation and they came out the next day. Everything was done in an efficient, timely manner. Jeff and his co-worker were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing a dependable, reputable electrician.

The repair men were prompt and courteous. They worked diligently to find and correct the problem. Overall the experience was very positive. My only issue - In the course of checking out the source of the problem, they were in the gargage checking out the breaker box (which they removed) and apparently also unplugged my garage refrigerator (which was plugged into a GFCI receptacle) which they forgot to plug back in when they were finished. Since I did not know it had been unplugged, I did not know to check after they left. It was not discovered until late the next day and at that point in time all dairy based products had to be thrown away. I use this refrigerator to store newly purchased or "stocked up" items - meaning most had never been opened. As a result I have given them a lower rating than I would have had this incident not happened. Based on the work only I would recommend them.

I received a bid from Crawford Electric to connect an outbuilding to my house electrical panel and to provide a number of outlets and a wall switch inside the building and one outlet outside the building. I accepted the estimate, and scheduled the work for the following Monday. Although I initially requested the work be performed on Monday, I rescheduled the work for Friday, July 31 because I was out of town that next week and I wanted to be there when they performed the work. There was no issue with rescheduling the work. Randy and Mike arrived at our residence at 8:00 am, as agreed, and reviewed the work to be performed. Mr John Crawford arrived shortly thereafter. Mike provided very helpful suggestions about placement of outlets and a wall switch for lights in the building. Randy and Mike walked down the system to plan the wiring. Randy and John then began excavating a deep trench to lay in the conduit to the outbuilding while Randy began the wiring work inside the outbuilding. While the contract work was being performed, John helped me pull a defective light out of my pool. John recommended where I could get a replacement, and then sent me off to get the light (this work was not part of the contract, so I had no problem making the trip). John and I then pulled the wiring for the new light and John connected it for me. It was a great experience working with John on this project, as he is very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to share his experience. Thanks, John. Upon completion of the outbuilding electrical work, we walked down the project to ensure it was what I had requested. The work was clean, professional, and well worth the price. This was a great experience for me. John also provided an estimate for wiring an electrical box in the dining room ceiling. The estimate was very reasonable, and we will be scheduling that work in the very near future. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and the value received.

Jeff Crawford and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous and respectful of my home. They used handheld vacuums to minimize a dust/chalk mess while drilling walls and ceilings and they cleaned up afterwards. They were happy to make adjustments and were patient with me while determining the exact placement of the fixtures. Jeff also made an initial visit to my home to give me a detailed estimate of the work to be done. He arrived early and clearly explained how he would handle the wall sconces and what was involved with directing the wiring through my walls and attic. A very trustworthy family business.

Mr. Crawford was exceptionally professional; he was prompt, friendly and did a very good job - he also taught me useful information about the outdoor motion lights and provided steps to help with its longevity. I was very pleased with his work & price and will call him again when we have future electrical work needs!!

It was fine. There were additional charges beyond the big deal price of $150. I paid $325 more. It sounded like a lot of money.

We were very impressed with every aspect of this business. The workers were punctual, very nice and very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the owner ensured that all the work was done to our satisfaction. We will certainly use this business for any of our future electrical needs and will highly recommend them to anyone we can. I just cannot say enough good about Jeff (owner) and his staff.

I made appt. 1 week prior for owner to come out to give free estimate. When I made apt, I specified that I needed written estimate to fix 1 recessed light in the kitchen. Also requested copy of workmans comp coverage. Was told that I would get both in writing. I called the morning of the apt to remind them that I needed the above information in writing. the owner was 30 minutes late for the apt, but he did call to notify me. When he got to my house, for some reason he thought he was there to install recessed lights. I explained this was not the case. He spent all of 3 minutes in my house, said it would cost $98. His attitude was poor, rude and very unprofessional. I asked what would the charge be if it went past the hour, and he said it would not. Did not give me any further info and left. (still no written estimate or written proof of work comp coverage. I called his company two days after appt. and asked if they were going to get me the above info. He said yes, he would get right on it. I still have not received any info. I understand this was a small job, but it could have led to more work and a good reference, rather than the one he is getting.
