They did what I expected when I expected it.

Crawford was great it work with. I called on a Saturday afternoon for help and they came out the within three hours. He help me fix a very simple issue and because there was a mix up on phone numbers, they did not charge me. He was here for about 10 min and the lights work great!

They were very responsive and professional Arrived on time and performed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. We will use Crawford Electric for all our future needs.

He was right on time, but had to go back to get some equipment which took longer than expected due to traffic problems. Was extremely knowledgeable and glad to educate me about my electrical system. The service call was $98, and I used a $20 Angie's List coupon for a total of $78.

I talked to Jillian at 8am and explained my predicament. Jillian told me that they could have someone out to my house around 1:00pm but would call 30 minutes ahead so I could get home from work to meet them. John called me at about 11:30am saying he was running early and could be at the house around noon time. John arrived at noon with an assistant and went over the problem with me. They then got to work looking over the pump installation, which I had left powered down due to the overheating. After they inspected the setup, they turned the pump on and let me know that they were running out for about 30 minutes and would be back. John said that it looked like the the pool pump voltage select switch wasn't fully locked in at the 230 volt setting and they needed to see the pump run to see if that was in fact the problem. John returned in the 30 minutes he said he would and the pump motor was extremely hot. John put a volt meter on the pump and validated that it was getting 240 volts which was correct, but also noted the pump was pulling 12 amps which was 25% more than it should and the cause of the overheating. With that information in hand I was able to go back to the pool store who eventually figured out that they installed the wrong sized impeller on the pool pump. I had hit a wall after the third pump motor was replaced and John was able to come out quickly and provide me with the information I needed to continue to have the pool store troubleshoot the issue with me. John provided me with a paid receipt noting his assessment of the issue and even offered to come back out at no charge if necessary, to retest with the pool store tech or after I replaced the pump. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Crawford and would recommend them to any homeowner needing electrical work. I thought the circumstances I found myself would not have been corrected if not for the expert level help I received from Crawford.

It went great. Service was immediate and extremely helpful. The tech was honest in what I needed to correct the issue! I am very pleased!

Jeff was fantastic. Very quick response when we called for estimate, on time to do estimate & on time to start the work. Jeff & his assistant worked in the hot attic & later, in the rain to get the job done in one day. Jeff's estimate was very competitive with another, but his personality won him the job. We would use him again & will recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood that is looking to have electrical work done.

Called around 11a.m. Asked for same day service. They called prior to coming and were about 1/2 hour off of quote. Nice guys. very professional and very quick.

The service was excellent. Very friendly and cost efficient. I was quoted by other companies to do the same job for $175-$200.

They were in and out in an hour. Would hire again when needed.

We called four electricians total, no one needed to do a visual and all provided estimates over the phone. Crawford wasn't the lowest nor the highest price, but they did spend the most time on the phone with me asking questions and explaining the process. Jillian has very friendly and knowledgable phone manner. She let me know how long the power would be out so I could anticipate my day since I stay at home with two children under the age of three. Service was scheduled quickly and two electricians came out and worked concurrently - one replaced the panel while the other worked on the light fixtures. I was told it would be an all day job but they finished up in the early afternoon, which was a nice surprise. They cleaned up very well too. Both men were polite and friendly towards my children and me. I felt very comfortable with everyone I dealt with. I needed Jillian to follow up with electricians after the job was complete (didn't know what bulbs the new fixtures took) and she called me back within 5 minutes. Really great service, would definitely recommend!

It was great! He always goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy with his work, and his prices are quite reasonable. Furthermore, if he sees a problem, he makes us aware of it and tells us the most cost-efficient way to fix it instead of trying to upsell.

Were very responsive, came immediately, told me it was a simple problem and charged only their normal service call charge. Unfortunately, that's not cheap but it's fair.

Crawford Electric came out and did a great job. They seemed to know what they were doing and were able to complete the job promptly. They were also very flexible to get my schedule to work with their schedule.
