+ -1 moreCraig gave me an estimate after going to my home and looking at the floors and he kept to the estimate without any hidden costs. He was professional and answered all my questions. I was so satisfied that he is also doing a tiled patio for me. I highly recommend Craig Speranzi Innovations for tile work of all kinds.
Description of Work: Craig did a wonderful job sealing grout that had not been sealed by the builder who finished my new home.

+ -1 moreHe came and gave us a written estimate on Tuesday, June 22. Since we had Saltillo tile, we had to put the first coat of sealant on the tile before it could be installed. He and his worker showed up about 9:00 am on Monday, June 28, and they were there approximately 5 hours to lay the tile. His two workers came in on Tuesday morning, about 9:00 am and were finished grouting and putting the shoe molding on about 2:45 pm.
Description of Work: He installed Saltillo tile in our living room and two hallways. He was punctual, quick, and did an outstanding job on the installation. It took them 2 days to complete the job. He also did my friend's downstairs in her townhouse. We were both very pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreEverything went absolutely fantastic with the flooring. There were only some very minor problems that I am not going to complain about. It was with one of the workers, he just didn t seem to clean up as much as the others. The minor problems I did have were attended to immediately. They really did do a fantastic job. This was a pretty big job and I give them a lot of credit for it.
Description of Work: I had 2500 square foot worth of 20 X 20 inch ceramic tile flooring installed in the entry way, dining room and kitchen by Craig Speranzi Innovations.
