Casey is without a doubt the most knowledgeable person I have met in his line of work. He is a true professional, polite, courteous, and respects your home. He did an outstanding job installing a surround sound system and did so to his high standards. He answered every question and put the technical lingo into words that I could easily relate to and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. He even called several days after the work to see if everything was operating properly and if we were enjoying our system, and of course, we are. He would be the first and only call I make if similar services are needed in the future or anything related to computers, printers, or Information Technology. Donâ t waste your time searching for the right guy, he is it!!

Casey did an excellent job. He was very Courteous and even took off his shoes at the front door. I would recommend his service to anyone.

We had a Smart TV (Samsung) issue. Casey didn't have to do much.....because he knew exactly what to do! Like other reviews, he has great communication skills, knows how to carefully listen and act accordingly. My only regret is that I didn't find out about him a long time ago. He has earned our repeat business.

On time and very reasonable

Did an excellent job installing my ceiling speakers. Had some difficulty getting through the outter wall due the construction but stuck with it until he was able to get them wired. Also was able to get an appointment within a couple days. Would definitely recommend for any type of tech or AV services you may need.
