Description of Work: Scott Gregory was a friend before he became my real estate agent during a particularly difficult time in my life. I was going through a divorce and needed to explore the possibility of selling my home via short sale. From the outset, Scott was honest about the challenges with selling my home in this manner, particularly in a down market , but committed to doing whatever he and his team could do to get a deal done that would meet everyone’s needs. I always felt comfortable asking him questions and trusted that he would steer me in the right direction. He worked very hard for me in a difficult situation and never appeared to be in a RUSH to get me off the phone. Selling a home under the best of circumstances is hard enough. Working with a lender on a short sale is even harder. When they said no, he pushed back, when they said no again, he continued to escalate his requests to a higher level! It took exactly 1 year, but Scott and his team stayed with it and never felt the need to hand pass me off to anyone else! He stayed the course, and we got the sale done! Scott Gregory should be your agent, because he has integrity, commitment, and a strong sense of dedication to his customers, which are great qualities to find in a realtor!

We are currently interested in selling and buying a larger/newer home in the area and we decided to give him a call. Scott was a huge help when we purchased our first home. He showed us several houses and after we settled on this one, he guided us through the process the entire way. We had some hurdles with the lender we were using and he recommended a lender and we were able to do a closing in just 8 days! Scott is patient, professional, and kind, plus he knows his business! That is why we are using him again.
