On time. Nice enough. Let me know right up front that they normally do NOT do regular carpet cleaning... What??? Their forte is cleanups from floods and such. Also let me know that they normally do NOT do anything for under $125.00. My estimate was at $117.00 and apparently was let go because the person in the office did not know any better... That's what he said.... They only did one bedroom - not the two that were contracted for and I am just realizing it now as I am looking at my statement. Should have been somewhat moist - maybe damp after they left - but they were saturated and needed to be towel dried and I had to pull out all of my fans and go from area to area to dry over a period of two full days. I did call the company and they offered to bring out fans. I denied the offer, due to the fact, that I had my very own fans. I have never had a carpet cleaning experience where the carpets were so wet afterwards for days... I would NOT hire these people again and did not care too much for the sermon in the beginning letting me know he was doing me a favor by honoring our appointment. The company also goes by ServPro

They were fine. I had no problem. They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job. I was familiar with them and everything went well. I don't think there's still anything else that they wouldn't have done that we didn't have done at that time.
