+ -1 moreThe project manager showed up on time however, was not equipped properly to access my roof. To save time I offered my extension ladder for his use. He was polite, courteous and appeared to be thorough. His assessment was that I would need a new roof and since the insurance company was currenlty only going to pay for a repair that I should contact a public adjuster whom he just happened to have a card and brochure for. He said he would email me the bid with the pictures that he took of the roof. That was the last contact that I had with this company, they never sent me the bid; I guess they were waiting on me to contact the public adjuster that was recommended and so that he could get his SPIF.
Description of Work: Project manager came out to check out our roof that sustained storm damage.

+ -1 moreIt took 2 days to do the work, they got here early and worked day. He hasn't been in business that long but he was very, very thorough and did a really good job. They used good material and provided quality workmanship. There was some damage left behind by the dumpster and he had one of his own guys come and remove the damaged concrete and re-pour it rather than pursuing the dumpster company to take blame. They also submitted all my paperwork for me and the manufacturer gave a 5 year warranty on the material and workmanship. This company is certified to put on this type of roofing and the under-laying waterproofing and he was properly insured.
Description of Work: He took care of replacing the roof. Our county code requires that an approved water proof layer is installed (which they did very well) and tied in flashing much better than it had been done previously. His contract was very professional and I was very impressed that he provided me a detail contract. He was very meticulous and the way that the guys worked together well and were very coordinated since it was a rather large project.
