Description of Work: new microwave oven installed above my new samsung,stove then vented to the outside through the attic as not to set off smoke alarm in kitchen when using the new stove,,, as in the past we couldn`t even cook anything with out setting of the smoke detector.i called him he came out gave me an estimate,,which i thought was reasonable,,we scheduled a time for the job. he then called on the day we scheduled the work For, i know good quality work when i see it, he`s coming back this week to do another job for me, i highly recommend Mr. Brosene for any work you need done around your Home, and done RIGHT !! Description of Work: Skimmed bathroom walls from which I'd removed the wallpaper. Got it ready for me to paint. Trip was an efficient worker and it didn't take him long. The walls look great. Reasonable fees. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: Late arrival and did not let me know he was here. Equipment broke down twice which required an additional day and then the second day it broke down again. . Made terrible mess and did not clean it up, did a poor job on front and back entrances, driveway was OK. He sprayed debris on my wrought iron furniture, on adjacent plants, doors and shutters and left it. I will NOT use him again.

Equipment does break down now and then. I had the equipment repaired and went back on a Saturday. I usually don't work on Saturday. The job which I was doing for her was power-washing, which removes a lot of sand and dirt from between pavers. I did my best to keep sand off of furniture and plants however it is impossible to prevent residue. Customer was grouchy from day 1, never smiled. I tried, but I don't think anything I could have done would have made her happy.

He did a great job.
Description of Work: Trip was very nice and helpful. He squared a set of french doors for me and hung a garage light. He went straight to work and cleaned up after he finished. He will be doing more jobs for me in the future and I would recommend him to others.

Trip was very professional and went right to work upon arriving. He completed the projects efficiently and we were very pleased with the finished result. I would call on him again. He called the evening before to confirm the appointment and called again in the morning to let me know he was on his way....he drove up to Pace from Navarre for our projects.

His prices were very reasonable compared to his competitors. He came by and examined the screen material and took measurements. He gave us an estimate and returned a couple days later. The final charge was less than the estimate. We will be using him for future home projects. He provided receipts for screen purchased and gave us the leftover screen. I would recommend him to friends and family. Very nice guy.

Trip was above and beyond professional. He promptlly came to give an estimate as well as when it was time to do the work. His work was extremely well done and he was very efficient. He installed a Flat screen TV over our fireplace as well as 2 ceiling speakers as part of the surrround sound. Not an easy task I might add. He hid all of the cables and wires as well as cleaned up things before he left. I plan on using Trip again in the future for other chores. I highly recommend this Handyman. Jim

Trip was very responsive to my request for an estimate and arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. When he arrived to do the work, I asked if he could caulk around some of the interior sinks also and he agreed. He also was willing to walk around the house and caulk around doors and windows where necessary, instead of needing specific guidance. Overall, I was very happy and would call him again (except that we moved away from Florida). He did an excellent job cleaning up the doors and placing/painting the trim. The interior caulking was good (I'm very picky about neat caulk lines).
Description of Work: Removed mildew from exterior doors and windows, caulked where necessary, replaced and painted exterior door trim, caulked interior sinks.

Where others had looked at it and felt they could not repair these locks, this man traveled to get one small part for a 50 year old door that he thought would work. He worked hard on it. He charged less than $100. He was creative and when we thought that it couldn't be repaired, he did it.
