Very professional. I am very pleased . Arrived on time, work completed in a very timely manner. Looks great.

He called us back within a day or so of leaving a message. We scheduled a time for him to come see the work that needed to be performed, which was the outlet and some outer door frame repair. He arrived as scheduled and gave us an estimate. We set up a date for the work. He arrived early for the appointment and completed the outlet install satisfactorily, but could not do the door frame repair because it was raining. When he left, it was with the understanding he would reschedule the wood repair. We haven't heard from him yet.

I needed a damaged laminate countertop repaired and I was really surprised at how difficult it was to find someone that knows how to do it, and could do it in a reasonable time frame. I had all but given up when I found Trip here on Angie's List. He had another job scheduled for the day I needed him, but it was for a vacant house that needed some work in order to sell it, so he pushed that job to next week so he could get out to my place sooner (I had company coming over and really needed the countertop fixed before they arrived). He showed up right on time (actually a few minutes early) and did an outstanding job. The countertop looks like new now and his price was very reasonable. Trip is a very nice guy as well, very professional and did a great job. If I need any more work done I will be sure to call him again.

Tried to schedule an appointment to see if he would be available to do remodeling work in the bathroom and potentially several other handyman types of projects. Called, message returned 6 days later, made an appointment to discuss project- never showed, didn't call that day - called next day and I was told he just got so busy, so I made another appointment - NEVER showed, again - and 4 days later has not even had the courtesy to call. I realize that more weight goes to the ratings on projects where work has been done - but please know it is more important to me to be kept in contact - I don't mind reschedules, I do understand - but to be blatantly ignored. I will not try to contact him, and I will not accept any "reschedules" there are many more handymen that I can contact.

Trip was professional and punctual. He took the time to discuss the repairs needed and the timeframe required. The only reason I didn't use him on this job was the timeframe I was looking for. He was able to fit me into his schedule in a week, but another provider was able to start right away. I plan to use Trip in the future though.

We have used Trip on 2 occasions. The first time he cleaned, pressured washed and painted our pool deck and our wood deck. He did a very thorough job and the results were great. He also did a good job iinstalling wainscoating panels on the lower portion of our screened in porch to remedy torn screens caused by our cat. We were very satisfied with the work and more recently hired him to repair some dry wall in a bathroom that we had stripped of wallpaper. He did a very good job with this and painted the bathroom including caulking around the tub. He took down a hanging cabinet in another room and installed some trim around the ceiling behind where the cabinet had hung. He did such a good job that you could not tell that there had been a break in the trim on either side of where the cabinet had hung. This was no easy feat! He painted that room, installed a new light in the dinning room and even fixed our dinning room table (the supports for inserting additional leafs had broken. We feel that we have gotten more than our moneys worth with the work that Trip has done and we highly recommend him.

Door molding was replaced due to wet rot.

Trip repaired drywall and painted guest bathroom; caulked around tub and ceiling. He prepped and painted office;removed hanging cabinet and did a great job of matching molding in area behind where the cabinet was hung. He also installed a new hanging light in the dinning room. He works hard and very efficiently and obviously takes pride in his work - something that's hard to find these days. Trip is a one-man operation and sometimes takes a few days to get back to you but, the quality of his work and the reasonableness of charges is worth the wait. This is the second time that we have used him and we are very pleased with his work.

Trip repaired a piece of siding that was damaged from a prior plumbing repair. He showed up as scheduled and quickly and thoroughly finished the project. He even painted the area to match. He cleaned up well, leaving the area better than he found it. He also silicone sealed several windows that had been leaking. Heavy rains the last few days and no more leaks!

He was very responsive and puncture with keeping all his appointments. I had originally called 5 other handyman and all of them either didn't keep their appointments or were extremely late. He was very professional and honest about the job he was performing, and the work he did was beautiful at a very reasonable price. Me and my husband highly recommend him.

Mr. Brosene was very easy to work with. He completed the job quickly and the finished job looks great. His price to complete the work was considerably less then the other Angie's list contractor estimate.

He did a superb job on the re-model. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He returned my phone call to schedule an estimate the same evening and was on time for the meeting. He estimated that the effort would take three days and he was right on. He gave me some excellent remodel suggestions which made the bathroom look much nicer. He purchased parts he needed to get the job done and provided receipts at the end of the job. He left the work area tidy each day. This was my first time using Angie's list and I am definitely pleased with the result! I definitely plan to use Trip again on other projects. He already gave me estimates on other projects and I'm just waiting for parts to come in.

I've used Tripp for several different jobs in the past. He had to locate the ceiling tiles that had been stained by a leak. He couldn't get the tiles in time for the original date scheduled but came and spray painted them so they looked better until the tiles could be located. He installed the tiles when they arrived and as per usual he did a good job on the installation. The broken refrigerator door handle was on an out-of-date model. He sourced a handle, picked it up and installed. The leaking toilet was discovered on a Sunday and he was there first thing Monday to pull the toilet replace the wax ring and re-set the toilet. Each of these projects costs him out of pocket expenses which he paid for and brought me the receipts. Many handy men I use need me to either buy the products or at least give them money to buy them before they can start the job. Tripp is an independent contractor and you may have to wait for his services. If it isn't an emergency he puts you on his list and calls you the day before saying he can be there. He may not be there at the time stated, but will be there that day. He is professional and capable of most small jobs. He will tell you if the job is beyond his capabilities. I've used him on several jobs, have recommended him to others and will use him again in the future.

We called for estimates but they never returned our calls. We hired someone else to do the work because they never got back with us.

I got the name of the business on Angie's List. He had a good number of reviews and most were positive so I called and left a message. He called me back a few days later and asked me what type of work I had for him to do. He told me he would call me back on the following Thursday. I never heard from him again. I did not call him again. I figure if someone that I'm offering business to is not interested enough to call me back that that's a bad sign and I'm not going to do business with them. I had called another name on Angie's list before this gentleman and that person was up front with me as to how busy he was in the aftermath of the flooding that we had in Pensacola. However, he offered to take my number and call me if there was a cancelation. I appreciate that type of candor and professionalism.

It went well. We weren't real satisfied with the clean up but other than that it went well.

He did a marvelous job. He was very good and professional. He even called to let us know that he was stuck in traffic and he was going to be late.

Trip is an excellent person to do business with. Great quality and very knowledgable.

Returned first call promptly several times. Told me (the week before) he can look at the job last week since he was busy at the time. I said OK. Nothing happened last week. I called end of last week and finally got a reply yesterday and this morning. We finally talked and I was told that this week will be good to look at the job. Now, I cannot get hold of him to confirm. This is a rental so I need to coordinate with tenants. It has been several weeks and he has not even looked at the job.
