BUYER BEWARE!! UNACCEPTABLE !!! 06/18 Now operating under a different name, changed name to Guttergirl South of Florida. They claimed that they had a license for gutter installation, when actually the license is a real estate license and she only uses third parties that are not licensed, so its very misleading. Warranty information was requested on numerous occasions and never provided by the vendor. Vendor has made no effort to pay final judgments that was based upon Breach of Contract, Breach of Warranty and Negligence assessed by the courts in September 2018. As for the work goes, they gave a poor est: wrong parts, cost increased. 10 months since est/install (8/17-6/18) orig install still NOT correct-addl issues resulted. 17 visits to home-incl 8 no shows-to fix incorrect orig install. The few repair visits with action taken (vs staring at the gutter), were ineffective, made things worse:Water pouring from gutter at end away from spout, water retained in gutter (attracts mosquitoes), installers lifted floor to roof post with unsupported hollow plastic base to improve drainage resulted in damage to patio roof, bent gutter-water now pouring AROUND gutter onto wood patio- must use pails to catch water, unsupported plastic post base now collapsing. Personnel (5 different installers) NOT knowledgeable. Management was NOT professional, ineffective. Very bad experience. Thousands $$$ to fix/correct- who will pay ????
