+ -1 moreIt went very well. The team called to ask if they could show up about 30 minutes early! We knew our carpets were old and badly stained from either fading or very poor prior cleaning attempts but at least they would be sanitized. Gulf Coast Carpet did an outstanding job and I am very pleased. We will definitely call them again and highly recommend them for quality care, price, and professionalism.

+ -1 moreWe had purchased a carpet pad for an oriental rug in 2014 from them. When we noticed some residue on our hardwood floor some time later, we called David the owner. He looked at our problem and determined that we were not sold the best pad for our situation. He and his team quickly cleaned the residue from the floor and installed a better pad at no cost to us. We are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism shown us by Gulf Coast Carpet Care. This is the kind of service that keeps customers.

+ -1 moreWe really appreciate his superb customer service. He is friendly, competent, punctual, and professional. I just wish I could clone him for some of the other service providers that we need!
Description of Work: I was thrilled to find Peter Szuba after looking for a carpet cleaner for two vacation rental homes in Mary Esther, FL. We have used him multiple times over the past two years and will continue use his services. He is a five-star master technician and has gotten our carpets super clean (almost new looking) time and again - it's amazing the stains that he is able to take out. Specifically we have used him to clean our carpets which consist of a ground floor game area, stairs, and also a third floor accessed by a spiral staircase.
