+ -1 moreExcellent. The project was done in a very timely fashion. Mr. Harms is very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where the recessed lights should go to provide optimum lighting in the kitchen. The pendants that were placed over the island and sink came out perfectly.
Description of Work: ECEC replaced the halogen light in my kitchen and replaced it by installing 3 pendants and 4 recessed lights. It completely transformed my kitchen.
