I am an out of state owner of a vacation condo on Navarre Beach and was looking for a dependable, trustworthy HVAC service company. Bogg's Cooling and Heating was recommended by another a/c company that does not service condo units. I found Bogg's Cooling and Heating on Angie's List and noted that they had excellent reviews and very satisfied customers. I gave Bogg's a call and scheduled a service call. They contacted my on-site condo manager and completed the inspection/evaluation of my a/c unit within a few days of my original phone call. As I requested, the invoice and report of my a/c system's condition was e-mailed to me. They noted a couple areas of wear - the system is 16 years old - and stated that these items should be changed out when the system needed to be replaced. For now, the system is working well and they found no other problems. I sincerely appreciate finding a reputable company to work with from out of state and I will certainly call them for HVAC needs in the future.

In conjunction with the local power company, we needed to have a routine check on our heating and cooling. We chose this company and they checked the heating, cooling, air ducts, heating coils, and the a/c. Also they put extra free-on in our system for us and charged probably more than half less than any of the other places we looked at. They were very quick and perfessional and I would use them again.

The 'technician' was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice regarding the system. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided!

Very professional

The repairman was knowledgeable, pleasant and observed normal safety rules. It was obvious throughout the service, that the repairman was knowledgeable about his craft. He also told us what he was doing and what he expected as a result and what the result should mean. There were no surprises and the job concluded as expected. The elevated cost was because it was a Saturday and the Saturday rate was disclosed during the initial phone call. My son-in-law is an electrician and he had informed me of the steps the repairman should take and in the order they should be taken. The repairman did not miss any of the anticipated steps.

AC went out. They were able to do a temporary fix on my existing system (it was 13 years old) until he got the new system in stock and was able to do the installation (only 3 days in peak season). They didn't charge for the repair. Very helpful determining the best AC for my house. Actually determined the air return duct wasn't large enough. cut a new Air duct in a discrete location. Professionally done.

A technician came to my home and replaced a part in my A/C unit, which took only about 1/2 hr.

The guy came right out. He did a good job. It was a fair price.

Rick Boggs initially came over and measured all the windows in the house and the size of the house. Plugged the info into their program to calculate the appropriate system size for our home. He spoke with us about the problems we were having with the current system. He made several recommendations and guaranteed they would make it right. I really enjoyed talking to him. He listened to my husband and myself and really took an interest in what we had to say. On the morning of Dec 29, Steve and his helper arrived right on time and got to work. What a great pair of guys! They were very efficient, explaining what they were doing and why. Got the old system out and agreed it was really time to replace the 16 year old system. A lot more rust and rot than we had thought. They installed the new system, to include crawling in the attic to install an additional vent in the master closet and a cross-over in the master to assist in airflow. They were professional, polite, neat, clean, funny and very efficient. When the system was in and running, I was concerned that there was still not enough air flow into the master bedroom, but I wasn't really that concerned because the system had just been installed and we had not had enough time to see how it really worked. Later that day, Dane called to say that they would do whatever they had to do to make it right, to include installing an additional vent in the master bedroom, if required. I told them we would see how it was and he said they would call the next week. If we weren't satisfied, they would come out and make it right. The next week Dane and Rick came out and explained that the A/C system is like a garden hose. If it is full open water just flows out with not much force, but if you press your thumb over the end of the hose, it comes out with more force. So, they went throughout the house, adjusting the vents. The ones closest to the unit, were closed down a great deal and the others were open more as you got to the other side of the house. When they finished, they said to see how that was and if there were still problems to call. I am completely ecstatic! This home has never been so comfortable. Warm air is gushing out of all the vents and all of the rooms are comfortable. I know the summer will be even better. Boggs is a wonderful company to deal with. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen

Rep was very prompt to come out and complete the estimate. Was very helpful in pin pointing the problem. He provided excellent feedback, suggestions and a few numbers for other contractors to complete the necessary work. Excellent experience. I will call them again.. once the other work is complete.

He was great! Immediate response time, and was prompt. He identified some problems and fixed them on the spot. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The company even offers a military discount, which was a pleasant surprise when he handed us the bill. We will definitely use them again if we need heating/AC service in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Really great. Steve came the same day and unit was back and working during the service call. He recommended how to avoid future problems.
