While I had another contractor installing a new HVAC system in my home, all electrical service in my living room blew out. The contractor could not find the source of the issues and advised me to call an electrician. I contacted Scott (whom I had never used). He came out that day, identified the problem, and made the necessary repairs. He was very efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am a contractor from another state and was very skeptical about calling someone whom I did not know. Scott answered the phone, said he was fully booked, but still found a way to work us in. He personally showed up to our home along with his technician and reviewed the scope of work. He quoted a price prior to doing the work and the work was completed within a hour. They did a great job and were very professional. Here was the real impressive part...the light they installed was a photocell so we could not really tell how good it was going to look until nightfall, so Scott actually calls me the next day to see how it looked and to just make sure we were fully satisfied. No one does that these days! Very impressive & professional.

They came on time, got it done and left in record time and I love how the fixture looks.

This company WILL call you back! :) The service call was originally scheduled for 11AM, but the owner called me with advanced notice to let me know that the electrician was running late. I was able to adjust my schedule and appreciated the update! That's all I ask. Delays happen. But communication is key, and this company will keep you apprised! I will use them again for my next job.

Scott answered my call promptly and came to diagnose our electrical problem the same day. We needed an odd sized circuit breaker that he did not have in stock. It was also unavailable at the nearest Lowes and Home Depot.It was late in the day after regular business hours. His electrical supply house was closed, so he told us to call a different company. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional...and honest! When we were unable to find another company to help us that night, I called him back. He got us the correct part the next day and restored our power...all within 24 hours. I am very grateful for his fine work, and highly recommend him to anyone in need of an electrician.

I called Scott for a quote on some extensive electrical work. Scott was very nice and courteous on the phone. He showed up when he said he would (unlike some of his competitors). After taking a look at what needed to be accomplished he stated that he would need to do some calculations in order to ensure that the work wouldn't overload the current circuit. Unfortunately, after all of his hard work the he felt that the job would be too large for him to accomplish. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again. I was impressed by his honesty and integrity; he didn't try to BS me to earn my business; he told me exactly what he thought I needed, and when he realized the job was too large he declined to bid on the project.

I have used Always on Time Electric twice now. Scott Sutherland has shown up to do the repair work within 24 hours of calling him. He is very professional and has done a good job. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Ryan arrived on time. Gave us a call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Professional appearance of electrician and truck. Fully equipped for job. Task completed quickly. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the job performed! A plus was being able to get the job done the same day as ordered. Prompt service, fixed my exterior lighting and gave advice on some other lighting. Basic stuff but, I'm pleased with my experience. If I need another electrician, I'm contacting them.

I contacted Always On Time Electronics twice to set up an appointment, he replied once, failed to return my second call. No apology nothing....

He returned our phone quickly. Arrived when he said he would and completed the work quickly. A very pleasant young man to work with. We will call him when we have another problem.

Scott showed up and diagnosed the problem right away, my husband had tried to repair the lights in more than one occasion without any luck. I was charged $60 for the diagnostic but that price also covered the repair price. I am very satisfied with the service and the price, if I would have known it was such a simple thing to fix I would have called them a year ago. Thank you for the great service!

On time, pleasant, friendly, explained everything completely. You can't find anyone better! Checked other outlets at no charge, provided cost before starting the work, very efficient, meticulous in the clean up of the work area plus he wore shoe protectors the entire time! Scott thoroughly checked all electrical switches and outlets in and out of the house to locate the exact initial problem (no lights in 3 rooms to include the front porch outside). He also installed a daylight saving bulb for the front porch and ensure all the switches were functioning and running to include the rest of the house. Scott is a very pleasant, professional, courteous individual. I will recommend him to my neighbors, friends, colleagues and will call again without a doubt if I need additional assistance with the electrical system. Scott is friendly and takes the time to explain and discuss the issues (instead of rushing the work, collect his dues and leave)-- Scott possesses superior customer service skills which are rare and so critical in today's economy.

Scott responded to my phone call on the second ring and arranged an appointment between 8 and 10 the next morning. He and his assistant arrived shortly after 8 after calling to let me know he was on the way. I explained the problem and he quoted me a price to diagnose and repair the problem. He had a price sheet for common jobs, such as mine, already written and was able to explain what he would do for that fee. We agreed and he immediately started work. The team worked methodically, found the corroded outlet and replaced it. They checked all the outlets and other potential problems in the circuit. He told me that there might be a short in the irrigation timer as well but someone else (an irrigation person) would have to replace it, if necessary. It took two hours to complete the work and when they left everything worked fine. The next day, the circuit blew again. I called Scott and he came out later in the day. He disconnected the irrigation timer and all has worked fine since. There was no additional charge for this second visit. I will have the irrigation timer replaced.

Scott is outstanding! I had a challenging project that needed expert knowledge and ingenuity. He came up with solutions and made everything look good and work safely. He was kind, courteous, clean and thoughtful. He went over and above to make sure the job was done right. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott to anyone for any electrical project. This was a fabulous experience. I recomment Scott Sutherland, the electrician, to anybody. Scott came to my home the same day I requested service. He was Johnny on the spot and his prices were so reasonable I had him complete the work that day. He is a master electrician and knew exactly what he was doing.
