Excellent. Very professional and helpful in determining what needed to be done.

I hired 7 Day service to complete some minor repairs and Maintenance before putting my house on the Market. Highly recommend Josh and 7 Day service, He did everything asked plus the additional repairs i added. Recieved a courtesy message the evening before service was to be performed by Jen stating that we needed to push back the time due to another job running over schedule, day of service Josh was early and got right to work. He has great attention to detail and can think outside the box offering an affordable fix without cutting corners or spending your entire budget on 1 repair.

Josh is a one person landscaper and Handyman who likes to focus on helping landlords manage and maintain their properties. I initially contacted him and his wife for this service and due to his work and availability I have continued to use him. One thing that has been very helpful is if he is not familiar with a certain project he will find someone for you and help them get it done as part of his property management service. It has always been easy to contact him and get the project done and his estimates always seem fair and in line with the project. If you need help with a rental property especially if you live out of the area I highly recommend trying Josh and 7 Day Service to at least start with your initial move out clean up phase and possibly continue as your landscaping / go to handyman. As I write this review we have josh currently working to help replace a window that was broken due to vandalism at our property.
