Our main complaint is that there were too many miscommunications on several aspects of the project and the job took too long to complete. The terms of the contract were 1/2 of the total amount due up front and the final 1/2 due upon completion. The final part of the project was to install a glass shelf in an existing wall unit. The ordering process for that simple piece of glass was totally fouled up, but Frank Gericitano still demanded payment in full, including the glass, even before it was installed. We refused to do that, so Frank cancelled the shelf altogether leaving the final part of the job unfinished and demanding payment for the work that had been completed. We thank the good Lord for watching over us so that we never gave into his payment demands before the end of the job! We still need to find someone to install the shelf, but at least we don't have to try to get a refund from Frank.

Owner, Frank Gericitano is a general contractor and can do almost anything. Excellent! All personnel arrived on time. Covered everything with plastic, even floors where they'd be walking in and out and completed work very quickly and efficiently. In and out in two-three days (due to drying time). Workmen very clean, curteous and professional.
