Description of Work: prepaid online for inspection/minor repair service.Called multiple times to make appointment, took approximately 5 days to get call back. Serviceman was very polite, took pics of damage and said that we had major repair needs. Explained prepaid would be applied to quote. I asked him to send several pics to husband with estimate. Never sent them. Called multiple times over several days. Finally got estimate which was more than another Angie's competitor which we called since WeatherTite didn't follow up promptly as promised. While we were waiting for WeatherTite to get back to us, experienced more rain and possibly more water damage. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR RESPONSE!

Description of Work: I originally purchased the $149 inspection deal. Hector came to the house, did a full inspection of the roof and took pictures of two areas with leaks evident and another area that looked suspicious. He also noted that most of the tiles were loose, as the adhesive has lost its hold over the 25 years since the roof was installed. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Nick who quoted $2600 for the two leaks, $1400 more to fix the other area if necessary and $4000 to reglue every roof tile (all prices included materials). I hired them to fix the two confirmed leaks and to see if the other area was really necessary. And I decided to hold off on regluing all the roof tiles for now until/unless they seem to be getting looser. Hector and his three crewmembers showed up on time and went to work. They were very polite and kept me posted on their progress. They carefully took the tiles up from the area of the two leaks, cut back the layers of underlayment and exposed the rotten plywood. They then carefully cut out the bad plywood and replaced it with new material. Then they put down new underlayment and sealed it all extremely well, and then glued the tiles back into place. They also sent a crewmember into the attic to inspect where the suspected leak was and came back to tell me it did not appear to be leaking and they didn't think I needed to have them do the additional work at this time. I climbed up the ladder several times during the day to see how it was going and was always impressed with their work ethic and craftsmanship. I was also impressed that they were upfront about not needing to do the additional work. I was impressed again when I was given a 10% Angie's List discount on the work that was done. I gave them a B for price only because they were not cheap, but you get what you pay for and I think they were actually a bargain when you consider the quality of work and an obviously highly qualified crew, as well as Hector's being upfront with me about not needing the additional work right away. This level of integrity is sadly missing much of the time when homeowners need repairs they cannot do themselves. I believe Weathertite is more focused on customer retention and future work/referrals as they are on making money today. So, I'm happy with the work, understand the price, and should I have another leaking roof issue, will call them without hesitation.

Description of Work: It was the middle of rainy season and the roof overhang was leaking. I called Nick and he came right away. He climbed on the roof, saw where the leak was.coming from, and sealed the hole. He inspected the rest of the roof and points out trouble spots that may need to be addressed in the future and he did not charge me for this initial repair. I will call him again when I need more work done on the roof.

Description of Work: Roof repair. Actual guys who did it could not speak one word of English. |No problem, but it would have been easier if they had sent someone with |English knowledge.

Description of Work: Roofer attached loose tiles and gave advice on keeping tiles mildew free. Very quick and good.

Description of Work: Weathertite did a tile roof tune up and during the inspection they discovered a leak. They applied the roof tune up fee toward the repairs and provide a quote for the service. The installers came out the house and provided before and after pictures of the repair. This was much appreciated as the repair was in an area that you could not see from below. I felt their price was fair and I would use these folks again.

Description of Work: Provided inspection and performed minor repairs. Concluded roof was serviceable and did not need replacement or major work, but might need replacement in a couple of years. Absolutely no upselling or pressure. Very professional.

Description of Work: the deal was for roof inspection and sealing of penetrations. Roofer arrived when scheduled, did a complete review of the roof and went over with us the condtions and any concerns. This was great to have a deal for it, as it was something I thought of doing for awhile, but never did. The deal motivated me to get it done.
