Hector did a bang up job and did something that i couldn't do

They kept me apprised of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They gave me a fair price for the work and gave me what I wanted. I wanted them to put a foil base underlayment under the roofing. I had two other quotes, and I took WetherTite because of their performance.

It worked out very well. I just sold my house and had an inspection done and it passed the inspection with flying colors. He was very courteous. He went over and did everything that I needed to have done.

They showed promptly and we basically paid for an estimate to do repairs which we didn't have them do. They did no real work and was only here for about 15 minutes or so. He did tell us that we had some loose tiles which they would repair if we accepted their estimate for the other repairs.

The deal stated that they would do small repairs. However, when they came to the house and I explained that I needed a small leak repaired they told me they do not do small repairs. I feel like they should not advertise that they do small repairs if they are not going to do small repairs.

Work was performed well. They were punctual and professional. Roof was in excellent condition so very little repair work was needed.

They did what the deal stated and took pictures for me. They were professional and here for about 30 minutes. I had a leak and I also wanted them to repair. They gave me a quote that was three times more than another company I received a quote from.

Hector was professional. They cleaned up very well after the job. Will use them again for my roofing needs.

Called ahead to be sure arrangements still worked. Arrived right on time. Pointed out that the service I needed was for a tile roof but I had bought a service for an asphalt roof. (this was the plan I was guided to by the Angie's agent-so a communication error there but not the fault of the serviceman.) I was assured that he would do his best to find and repair the leak in my tile roof. Within a very short time the location of the leak was identified and he proceeded to make the needed repair. The serviceman was very polite and kept me clear with waht he had found and done. Then we discussed how to fix the damage inside the house (staining in ceiling) and he gave me good issight of using bleach and water versus using Kilz and trying match paint... I was very pleased with his service from beginning to end.

I received an email message from the service provider requesting to schedule service on December 3, 2014. The email was poorly written, contained bad grammar and poor use of the English language. This left me uncomfortable with the service providers abilities.

He was prompt, did the repairs gave me some hints of what to look for before rainy season.

He is very professional and neat. My husband felt that we were duped into paying for a bid eventhough he said that he would apply that service fee to the price of a re-roof

He said the price was a bargain. I thought it was high for nailing down seven nails.

Nick and his men did an excellent job. There were some communication problems in the beginning but once that was all resolved they were efficient, neat and did quality work. No more leak!

Mr. Bautista was a great representative for Weathertite Solutions. He was prompt, courteous, professional and cordial. He did his job and was ready to leave after debriefing me, in about an hour. I will use Weathertite Solutions again and have already recommended the company to two of my neighbors. Both the company and Mr. Bautista are winners in my book and the special Angie's list price made the offer impossible to resist [ I had already priced two competitors].

It was good. I was charged the advertised price. They were very professional.

Nick arrived on time and was very professional. He took photographs of the roof and let me know everything that needed work. I expected a good inspection and that is exactly what I got. No problems. No concerns. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Great job !!!

The maintenance package is not really any maintenance or anything worth a value for that matter. Even though I was willing to pay over a thousand dollars extra for a leak (which should be included in a maintenance cover, you would think), it has been two weeks now and two phone calls later, still without any luck just to get a written estimate!

The Dig Deal I purchased was for minor roof repair. When Hector inspected my roof he said the roof needed far more repair than I had paid for. He gave me an estimate and said if I went with someone else his company would refund my payment. I am using a different company for the repair. The only service WeatherTite provided was an estimate, which is a free service. This company has been great to work with, they were prompt and polite.
