Description of Work: Hector arrived and walked the roof. There was a leak issue identified. He provided a cost to do the repair outside of the coupon and deducted the coupon from the estimate. I was not in agreement with the estimate.

Description of Work: Hector inspected roof and gave me a verbal estimate for a more extensive repair than the Coupon covered. I was ok with this. He said he would send me a written quote next day or two. two weeks later I still had no written quote or scheduled date so I emailed asking him for this. Response was will get you quote today and that we were on schedule. I did not get a quote but today, two men showed up to repair roof with no appointment. I called owner, and he did not know of the appointment or quote either. The workers left shortly after. At this point, I believe I will look elsewhere for the repair. No work was actually done other than the verbal quote. The coupon cost was to have been applied to the final repair which would have been over 1000 dollars.

Description of Work: I am unable to determine as contrary to the appointment time the service provider decided to perform work in my absence. I did not receive any documemtation (photos/written summary) confirming details of corking, sealimg, adjustmemt of tile on lanai roof performed. However, leakage stopped and the verbal description by Hector who personally showed me what and where work was done convinced me.

Description of Work: Home we bought a year ago developed a leaky roof. After consulting Angie's list A roofers, we contacted two, who did't return our call or e-mail. That brought us to Weathertite and Nick Fertitta, where we should have started in the first place. Nick spent hours with us discussing options and explaining what Weathertite would do once his workers removed the old roof. That included re-nailing part of the roof supports to bring them up to code (and save a bunch on insurance). When we chose tile, he brought us samples to examine without any pressure. After we signed the contract, he visited repeatedly to check on progress, inspected the work, worked almost invisibly with building code inspectors, added a couple of extras to the roof and left us with beautiful (and waterproof!) installation. What else could we have asked for? Nothing. Call Weathertite first.

Description of Work: They inspected the roof and fixed some apparent nail pop ups on the shingle roof portion of the residence, but as yet I have not heard from them on the repair estimate for the flat roofs at the residene and that was the main reason for contacting them

Description of Work: Received immediate reply from owner after sending them a message from Angie's List. I then followed up with a couple of phone calls to verify type of shingles on my roof as well as work to be performed. Worker arrived at 7:30 am, per appointment, a few days later, introduced himself and got right on the roof. He repaired some lifted flashing and a couple of areas with bad shingles and did a complete check of the entire roof. Highly recommend Weathertite Solutions and would use them in the future!

Description of Work: They checked the roof as we had a leak during the rainy season. Patched a few areas and advised that the leak may be from the pool solar panels. I was very satisfied with this company, and would use them again.
