 + -1 moreTheir peeps were not supposed to access the condo units yet, at one point, we found our our patio door had been left open for who knows how long. This resulted in serious mold development in the unit to the tune of $19,000. Stuff happens, don't know why they were in the unit - my guess is to pee or have lunch in air conditioned space - doesn't matter. The problem is Walker's complete and total un-accountability for their employee's actions. They basically said "tuff nuggies" for you, sue us! Hire them if you want to; I would not recommend it!
Description of Work: Walker replaced the entire back of our condo building.
