Description of Work: Explained how system worked, offered suggestions to meet my needs, went out of their way to get an automated thermostat on my second air/heat unit. Their technical support is helpful and wiling to help establish rules for system and reexplain how to make system function. They have contacted me with new enhancements? My sales person (Michelle has followed up on how I like my alarm system and wanted to know if I had any aggitional questions or concerns). I am very pleased with Vitex the last company I had they never called as a follow up. You'll be happy with their sales, installation and technical support. I did have a door bell stop functioning and they came out immediately and replaced and made sure the knew one was working before they left.

+ -1 morethe experience was great overall. the young man that walked me through the DIY install was very knowledgeable and quick. i feel that i would be disappointed by any other security company since Uxari is hitting a grand slam every time.
Description of Work: the provider was able to ship me my equipment in a timely manor and provided me with the proper number to contact to get my security system activated properly.

+ 0 moreIt was a easy, seamless process, no hiccups, no headaches - called in and initially spoke to the sales department, they were kind and patient with me in explaining their packages - i was then transferred to the another person to schedule my appointment & receive payment - a day before the install, they called again to confirm the appointment (i really appreciated this) - the tech that came to my house was very nice, he explained how to use the system and was in and out in no time - now, i enjoy viewing my cameras from my iphone and arming and disarming the system, so easy & convenient overall, great prices and customer service

+ 0 moreThe entire process was wonderful. I first spoke with a sales agent over the phone that was knowledge, patient and very helpful in assisting me in choosing the best options for my home. I was able to get an install date within my time frame and on the day of installation the technician arrived on time. The technician was very professional and courteous. After he completed installing all of my security and automation devices he went over the entire system, explaining how to operate every device and he even helped me down load the app onto my smart phone and tablet. I have been very happy with my decision to had security and automation to my home and I look forward to adding additional devices in the future.
