Description of Work: We have a yearly plan with them and they come three or four times a year to spray the outside. They have gotten rid of a rat in the attic. He is punctual, efficient, responsive, and personable. He is a great representive of the company. The price is a bit high, but by paying ahead with an annual contract there is a discount. Anyone i have spoken with at the office has provided excellent customer service.
Description of Work: indoor and outdoor treatment quarterly. additional calls are included if needed. eg. i had some wood damage, and the technician took a sample and took it to the lab to be sure it wasn't termites.

 + 0 moreIn a nutshell, this is one of the very best experiences with any vendor I have ever had. From start to finish, the company rep was prompt, responsive, very knowledgeable, and completely on the same page with us about what our need was and how best to meet it. I am measuring this against their leading local competitor, who seemed less knowledgeable, not entirely focused on our goal or aware of what we needed, and he recommended a much more extensive and expensive treatment, which I was not persuaded we needed. We can recommend Truly Nolen without qualification.
Description of Work: An inspection was performed, a WDO (wood destroying organisms) report was prepared indicating termites were found. Some reconstructive work was necessary. All affected wood was treated except that not reachable, but outside ground saturation took care of any new attempts of the termites to get it. A second inspection followed, with a second, "clean" WDO report. That is what we needed for an FHA reverse mortgage.

 + -1 moreI can tell you about one I'll never use again, Truly Nolen pest control. They lied, they over charged, they did not do what they were supposed to do. I had a very, very bad experience with them. They said that they could get rid of dry wood termites by spraying. But, you can not that is only subterranean you can do that with, which I found out afterwards. They charged me over eight hundred dollars to spray. They did not kill them, then they came back two other times because, I still had the problem. And of course it never worked and they never did anything about it. And it just stayed there. And then they started sending me bad letters. It was really a horrible experience. They never resolved the problem. They never tried to fix the problem. No matter who I spoke too, they denied saying they could kill the termites. Yet they charged me eight hundred dollars. That is too high of a price, and I still have the problem by the way. I would never use them again. I will never use them for anything. I wouldn't let them walk my dog. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

Happy to have this completed and not have to worry. They will come out for free if any issues arise. Technicians were all very punctual, neat and professional.

 + -1 moreI pay a monthly fee of $75 or $80 a month and they come twice a month. Once they spray in the exterior and the other time they spray in the interior of the house. They are very non-intrusive and conscientious. They use environmentally friendly stuff and they know we have a dog, so they are very careful about not using anything that would hurt the dog; should the dog enter in. I will use them again in future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Truly Nolen Pest Control Termites for pest control, about a week ago.

 + -1 moreI called Truly Nolen to get someone to come out and the sales person on the telephone first asked me if I already have an account with them and then proceeded to talk about "service contracts". I told her that I am not interested in a service contract, that I have a one off job that needs doing. She told me that that is not how things are done, that an inspector first needs to come out and look at the job. I said thank you and hung up.
Description of Work: I have a bee colony in a tree that I need to get cut down. I need to remove the bees before the tree guy will cut the tree down.

 + -1 moreI called Truly Nolen on Saturday because I have seen a couple of cockroaches around the house. I didn't expect someone to come out that day, but they offered. I set up an appointment for Monday am. They showed up on time with booties for inside the house. He sprayed extra "at-risk" areas. I use Truly Nolen year round, so there was no charge for this extra visit. They always show up on time and do a great job! Very dependable and friendly company. Sometimes Florida and a little rain stirs things up and they need to be taken care of!

 + -1 moreI love them. They are incredible. They do my mother’s house as well. I spent around $350 a year on the contract. I rarely see a bug and if I do, they are out within a day and take care of the problem. They did a couple of things that I liked; one of the things is that when they were taking care of rats in a house down the street, they informed every other household to put out traps. They noticed that there was some water logging in one of my neighbor’s house and they took the time to come back and ask me if I had the keys for my neighbor. There was some serious damage and if they had not found it, the damage would have been much worse.

 + 0 moreAbove date and cost represents start of annual contract (Four Seasons Service Plan). checked other companies through Angieslist.com and found they were all about the same price for the same types of services as Truly Nolan (3839 Domestic Ave., Naples - 239.643.0555). I had just purchased a 25-year old house that had not been lived in for some time and knew I needed a pest service. Truly Nolan representatives were on time for initial meeting (after having called first) and patient in describing current and potential issues as well as physically pointing them out. At that time they performed a thorough check inside and outside the house, we had an eyeball to eyeball discussion regarding types of services, costs and identified the person responsible for performing the services every three months. They come by every three months like clockwork after contacting me first either by phone or, if no one answers, by email, to talk about the types of services to be performed at that visit. So far I have no complaints about their services or any pest problems with the house. I plan to extend the contract for another year. And, I would recommend this particular Truly Nolan group wholeheartedly and without reservation.
Description of Work: Summer Service: Inspect and remove accessible webs. Treat hot spots around doors, windows & other potential harborage areas. Power apply along foundation, drive & walkway edges, etc. Spread granules in thick grass, mulch, rock beds, decorative bark & similar areas. Apply granule bait to reduce ant reproduction. Spread granules in thick grass, mulch, rock beds, decorative bark & similar areas. Calk small cracks/crevices where insects may enter (up to 3 In. ft.) Winter and/or Initial Service: Inspect and remove accessible spider webs inside home. Apply burst of botanical aerosol in closet corners, then close doors. Boron dust cracks & crevices inside home: door threshold, windows casings, behind baseboards, switchplates, etc. Boron dust interior attic perimeter. Place ant and/or roach bait stations under all sinks. Place insect monitoring stations under kitchen/bath, sinks, in laundryroom, etc. Treat hot spots along exterior foundation and interior garage & trashcans. Spring Service: Inspect and remove accessible webs. Boron dust eave cracks, crevices & other entry points. Treat hot spots around door & window frames, foundation, etc. Power apply around foundation. First bait: apply granules for ant larvae/workers, crickets & roaches. Second Bait: apply granules to suppress ant reproduction.

 + -1 morewe could hear movement in the attic, called truly nolan, salesman came out told us of the one year gaurantee and the renewal price, which we thought it's a good deal for as much as you pay in the beginning.theh came out closed all openings around the whole house. it only took 2 days and the thech found the culprit, all done and hasn't been a problem since.
Description of Work: closed any opening's up on the roof and all around the house so a rodent couldn't get in.
