Matthew and Debbie found an amazing closing agent who had to deal with both the selling and buying parties closing out of state and during snowstorms! Everything went perfectly! Matthew and Debbie were right on mark when choosing the target price to sell our home. We had an offer within 30 days. Matthew and Debbie dealt directly with the bank. I never had to call the bank. No hassle- no stress. Our home was marketed across many websites resulting in several hundred views and several showings. The potential buyers were prescreened and serious about buying a home and this resulted in less time wasted for a showing. Overall, our experience with Tri-Rose Realty was great. They were professional, honest, and went above and beyond to sell our home.
