+ 1 moreMy roof was cleaned by Trafford using a very powerful power washer. The day after the cleaning I noticed a leak in my roof over the garage. When I requested they repair the leak they refused, claiming their work was not the cause. There were no leaks prior to this cleaning, only after. Although this cleaning was part of a long term cleaning contract, I am discontinuing this contract and no longer intend to use this company to clean my roof.

+ -1 moreWhen they cleaned off the roof they didn't prevent the run off, so everything ran off into my pool and caused my filter to mess up. The only positive note I have about them is that the roof looked very good when they were finished. This wasn't a pleasant experience and I would not use them again.
Description of Work: They came out to clean my roof. They gave me an estimate for how many tiles were damaged before they started the work. When they were finished they charged me for more tiles than they had originally estimated.

+ 0 moreThey did a great job. Not only did they clean the roof they also kept track of broken tile before and after and repaired. Tile broken before cleaning were done at $3.50 each. Tile Trafford broke were no charge. GREAT JOB.
