Description of Work: I hired him to install 4 cabinets in my laundry room and 3 in my garage. He was hesitant about doing the ones in the garage, but he had included them in his original quote, so I insisted. It took him from 9 am until almost 1:30 pm to hang 5 cabinets. He also had to run home for a tool he needed, but didn't have with him. I had to tell him how to convert the distance to from the corner of the wall to the stud to the back of the last cabinet he was about to hang. When he finished, he advised me not to "put anything too heavy" in the cabinets he had just hung. His business card stated that his specialties were cabinet installation and woodwork. My thoughts were, "You have got to be kidding," and "Never again".

Description of Work: Brian is professional and knows his business. My condo looks absolutely beautiful with the new baseboards he installed. He arrived on time for the estimate and thereafter. He cleaned up after he was finished and I am happy to recommend him to anyone needing a professional woodworker.

 + -1 moreBrian is a great trim carpenter. We wanted double crown molding in the living room; however, we have ceiling air ducts. Brian created finished edges at the ducts which created a finished look. Brian is a hard worker and very fastidious. His prices are reasonable and his work is first rate. If your looking to have crown molding installed, you owe it to yourself to get a bid from Brian. He delivers great value for the price.

 + -1 moreHis name is Brian Tomlin and he completed the work quickly. He purchased whatever supplies were needed so that the Condo could be rented. He even found a renter who was interested in renting. This is now the 10th condo he has Renovated for my wife and I. Brian has been maintaining the 10 Condo for about 4 years, handling renters needs and providing quick resolution of problems. He has earned my highest recomendation.
Description of Work: Both Carpentry and Handyman services to Renovate a condominum Repaired cabinets, doors.Replaced trim, appliacnes, contacted outside airconditioning firm, carpet cleaning, etc Repaired key locks, window blinds, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures Repaired holes in walls and touched up.

Description of Work: Caulked some tiles that were loose in the shower, and cleaned mold from tile grout in the kitchen and guest bathroom.
