Description of Work: Service excellent and professional. I rescheduled this company for 3/30/16 for AC maintenance. My complaint is I received a 9.99 off coupon from Angie list via email & applied it to the purchase of this service, however, the next day 3/29/16 my visa was charged a second time with a 9.99 fee by Angie List. I request Angie List personnel to rectify this error and reimburse me my $9.99 discount I was told I received.

Description of Work: My pump on the sprinkler system broke. They ordered a new one for me and then replaced it. The problem the timer to the sprinkler was lowered by more than 8 inches to connect to the old pump wire. I was told they would order a new longer wire. That was never done. I sent two emails inquiring when it may be done, if it was even going to be done. I never heard from them. I hired an electrician to do it for me on 4/21/15. This is a problem in the office. The yard service of this business is very dependable.

Description of Work: TLC's basic price for lawn maintenance was very competitive, however items such as replacing areas of the lawn were 3 times more than our current lawn care surface.

Description of Work: They take care of everything including fertalizing, trimming, weeding, mowing the lawn, blow drying our patio, deheading my geraniums, looking for plant disease or insects. They also take care of the common grounds in our neighborhood.

Description of Work: TLC has provided us a magnificent and reliable service since August 2008. They provide lawn care, pruning and trimming as needed, they are always on top of eradicating fungus, caterpillars, insects and other infestation as occurs (frequently). They are quite knowledgeable about recognizing and treating these problems as soon as it happens. The lawn, shrubs and trees are fertilized 3-4 times a year. Frankly, I had two previous companies with similar claims prior to hiring TLC which never met this relatively rigid requirements. The owners have the policy of "hands on" engagement, no matter how small or large the project is one of them always present at the site, in fact, they take "personal" pride and joy out of their works. We have had flowers, trees, shrubs and sod replaced all were wonderfully and with high standard of workmanship completed. Finally, my wife and I are so pleased and satisfied with all the aspects of work done by TLC that we will not ever contemplate changing to any other company.
