Description of Work: He removed all the tile in the master bedroom and bathroom, He removed the shower and the tub. He took down a wall and soffits.He moved the soil stack to another part of the bathroom area by digging up part of the concrete slab. He reconstructed the slab. He built a new shower. He built a new wall to separate the bathroom from the toilet. He rerouted all the plumbing. He had an electrical subcontractor and an HVAC subcontractor reroute their areas of concern. He built a "floating" vanity. He installed the granite for the shower and the vanity. He installed all the new plumbing fixtures. He retiled the entire area and the shower. He had an excellent glass subcontractor for the frameless shower enclosure. In other words this was a complete remodel of the master bedroom and bathrooms which was done from start to finish in 6-7 weeks despite the the fact that walls had to be removed, soffits were removed, fixtures like the toilet were moved and the area was taken down to studs.
