+ -1 moreThere was a communication problem. Mr. Ventamiglia said, on more than one occasion, that he was unable to reach us. We sent him call back messages and emails and he would eventually respond. AT last communication from him, he emailed us to say that he tried to get us on his cellphone but could not get us. This was, I believe, in response to our email asking him to get hold of us. The email response was a few days after we had sent our email to him. Eventually, we decided to go with another company to have the work performed. It just became too much of a hassle to communicate. We do have a hard line which is in good working order and have not had any problems with others leaving us messages. We are providing this information in response to Angie's List inquiry, rating the work performance of The Repair Doctor, Naples, FL Jack and Judy Allamanno
