Description of Work: Very unworkable. Not unhappy because they were busy. Unhappy because they didn't answer my email and when I called to see if they got it they were rude. April who I originally talked to was nice, but the guy I talked to was HORRIBLE! Wouldn't listen and he couldn't tell me if they got the email.

 + -1 moreA salesman, Mike, came to our house to get the story of what we wanted. His ideas were better than ours. He drew out and emailed us 2 plans. We choose one. They executed it beautifully.
Description of Work: We had a closet that was about 9X13 with wire racks. We wanted mahogany finished shelves and hanging rods.. We chose a laminate that is very realistic looking.The closet company built the hanging rods and shelves around 3 pieces of mahogany futniture - a bureau, dresser with mirror and a cedar chest.The materials are high quality. The labor is high quality. We are very pleased with the way the closet looks and functions.

 + -1 moreIt was a fairly simple job but I was pleased with them. They drew plans, I wanted to make some changes and he came over and made the changes I wanted. The owner came back in the afternoon to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: I had them put in two closets.

 + -1 moreRobert King came out measured and along with my ideas also made suggestions. He then send me a copy of the plans which I was to make some changes. He gave me a time line as to when they could preform the work and called me right on schedule. His Installation team of Frank and David were so pleasant and professional. I am so in awe and extremely happy with the final results. From start to finish it was also a very pleasant experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Kind regards from, Jacquelyn kubicsek.
Description of Work: None of my friends had a good experience having their closets re designed and therefore could not reccomend a company for me. I did a some research on my own and decided on two Companies to come out and give me ideas and bids for the job. . My final choice was The Closet Company of Naples Florida on Commercial Blvd.
