I used Angie's List to get them. We already had the elevator shaft and it goes into three or more stages, because you have to have each phase inspected before the next phase begins. They build the elevator right at their company, right at their operations in Naples according to the measurements in your house and a different team will come and do different parts of the work. We did not have one problem with them putting it in. They told me they would be here at 8 o'clock in the morning, whichever morning that might be, and they were here at 8 o'clock in the morning and they worked straight through until 5 in the afternoon each day. When they finished the job, they have their own inquiry who does the final inspection of everything. He came and did a thorough inspection of every part of the work they did. He said, "I have to make sure everything is right." We were so happy with them and so far everything has gone wonderful. We are very satisfied with their price. I would absolutely recommend them to a family member or friend. Regarding the elevator, you do not even know that you are on an elevator as it is so quiet. It functions wonderfully. We got thorough instructions on the operations of it, what to do if something should go wrong with it. They will be inspecting it annually for us. The workmanship of the elevator itself is beautiful, better than what we expected. We had a choice of what we wanted in the elevator, what type of wood, etc., and it turned out wonderful. Their quality is perfect. Every few days the owner of the company would give us a call to make sure that everything was going accordingly with us, if we were having any questions and that surprised us, because that was the owner of the company. So, he was on top of everything all the time. He was there for us for every aspect of the process.
