He was rude, would disappear, he lied, in the end it took 8 months to do a normal kitchen and repaint an 1000 square foot condo. I have done lots of projects and this person is the worst I have ever seen. Please do not use him.

The quoted price was about $80,000. He seemed knowledgeable and I was able to pick out my own kitchen fixtures. I have already hired my own contractor and managed everything myself for half the price. They showed up on time, had their quote ready and there was no problem.

They were very responsive and came out right away. I've never dealt with such a professional company.

Was able to accommodate a last minute scheduling request. Arrived on time. Completed the report quickly and during the weekend. Highly professional, great communication. John went the extra mile and provided referrals to other local home related resources, having operated in the area for 18+ years.

I met John Sweet when he was recommended for whole house inspection. He was totally professional and thorough. I lived in Illinois and bought a house sight unseen. We communicated via phone and email. I flew to Florida and met with him for four days picking out granite, custom cabinets, hardware, plumbing, hardwood and carpet. I had a budget and John worked with dealers to keep me within it. Then I went back to Illinois Once I closed on the house, John took over. Not only did he bring the remodel in on budget but a week earlier than projected. John went the extra mile on several instances when he didn't have to. i.e. Instead of just putting up bathroom mirrors, he framed them (we never talked about it) The old tile in laundry room stood out like sore thumb so he put in new tile that went with hardwood and didn't charge extra. When I finally arrived back in Florida after the project was complete, he met me at the house at 8:30 on a Wednesday night because he wanted to see my reaction. Now, that is a person who has pride in his work. I have been in the house a week now and found a few small problems. I called John and he had them taken care of immediately I highly recommend Sweet Sheldon Homes and John Sweet to any person that has a job big or small.

Showed up on time for appraisal and estimated time to finish. Kept in touch until product was ready to install. Showed up at time specified. Finished in time estimated. Spotless cleanup.
