[Member Name Removed], I do apologize that your experience was not satisfactory. It is unfortunate that you followed through with your threat of bashing us online. As we spoke on [Member Information Removed] phone, this was purely miscommunication which could have been rectified if you would have asked for your demands when we arrived to [Member Information Removed] job, however you failed to do so. When a customer, as yourself, books a job and wants [Member Information Removed] bucket truck they must ask so we can put them on [Member Information Removed] correct schedule as we have multiple crews. [Member Information Removed] phone receptionist is an owner of [Member Information Removed] company who is more than thorough, so if [Member Information Removed] bucket truck was specified she would have made sure it was there for you. I assure you that your misconception of what you stated on [Member Information Removed] phone weeks prior when you booked was not negligent, deceitful, or incomplete work on our part. Regardless you were present when [Member Information Removed] guys arrived at your property. You state that [Member Information Removed] guys told you [Member Information Removed] bucket truck was “on its way” but that’s a false statement you told, we all know that. If you are going to “bash” my company I respectfully ask that you at least tell [Member Information Removed] truth. If you in fact would have asked about [Member Information Removed] bucket truck prior to starting [Member Information Removed] job and you voiced that you wanted [Member Information Removed] bucket truck we would have happily rescheduled you to [Member Information Removed] proper bucket truck schedule for [Member Information Removed] soonest possible date. However, they spent roughly 3 hours at your property while you were present and it wasn’t an issue until [Member Information Removed] job was complete. What actually happened was they cleaned [Member Information Removed] roof from ladders and delivered [Member Information Removed] same results. For a job like yours, [Member Information Removed] only difference between ladders and [Member Information Removed] bucket truck is [Member Information Removed] time it takes us to clean [Member Information Removed] roof. But finally, when [Member Information Removed] roof was completed you threw a fit about something you ultimately let happen and suggest that you’ll only pay 1/2 [Member Information Removed] price for [Member Information Removed] service or threaten us by bashing us online. Through [Member Information Removed] entire process we were nothing but kind, courteous and professional. You state that our professionalism was an F, Quality F & Price C. We know these grades are way off since we were very professional from start to finish, [Member Information Removed] quality and finished product is perfection and as for [Member Information Removed] price, you were happy with it when we booked. However you failed to grade our Responsiveness & Punctuality. We all know these would be A’s as well however. you fail to see or recognize [Member Information Removed] good in our company because your only mission here is to bash our company, as you threatened to yesterday. You are grading us poorly because you failed to voice your needs before [Member Information Removed] job was started, which if you did we would not have had any issues what-so-ever. Again I genuinely apologize for your dissatisfaction, however your “review” is deceitful and inaccurate of what we provided you.
