+ -1 moreThey came out promptly to inspect and give an estimate. They gave me a verbal estimate. I asked them to put it in writing. They gave me a not to exceed price on a business card. They scheduled the repair around two weeks after the proposal was accepted. After the work was completed they tried to charge me $50 more than the not to exceed price. My wife was home at the time. I was out of town. When we told the repairmen we agreed to a lesser price he acted uncertain, said he checked his records and we were right. So it goes without saying get things in writing.
Description of Work: They repaired/replaced around 30 roof tiles.

+ -1 moreI can trust them, especially living in Florida. I felt their price was very reasonable. He was able to take care of the roof when I was not home. He contacted the gutter company for me so they could do their work when they were done.

+ -1 moreGulf Coast Roofing was very professional in estimation, timing, work execution and demeanor(easy to work with, instilled confidence by obvious knowledge of what they were going to do).
Description of Work: Complete re-roof of a 17-year old shingle roof. New roof utilized the GAF Weather Stopper Integrated Roofing System. Included replacement of plywood underneath where needed and touch up of numerous wood problems with excellent carpentry. Afterward complete haul away of debris. Wind Mitigation roof inspection included, resulting in a $2000 per year reduction in hurricane insurance.
