+ -1 moreWe called Summer to give us an estimate for cleaning our home in Naples. She informed us she was cleaning a restaurant in Cape Coral but would come to lok at our home the next day. I guess she had extra time because she called us later the same day and said she could come by in 45 minutes. We said ok. She called for directions but about 45 minutes later she texts us and said she could not make it and would call the next day to schedule a time for the estimate. It is now 4 days later and we have not heard a word. Due to her lack of reliability we are no longer interested in her services.
Description of Work: She did not show up for the estmate and thus no services were performed.

SHE IS TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, PERSONABLE, RESPECTFUL, THOROUGH, AND A PERFECTIONIST WHEN IT COMES TO HER JOB. SHE IS THE OWNER-OPERATOR, AND HAS A SMALL NUMBER OF PROVEN EXPERTS TO ASSIST HER ON THE JOB IF/AS NEEDED, BUT SHE IS ON EVERY JOB. IT IS ALWAYS DONE RIGHT.
