Description of Work: I did not hire Steve, because his "handyman" services were extremely high. I think 60 an hour for someone who is not even a licensed contractor is absurd. I don't think little projects that almost anyone can do warrants that kind of wage. Now, if he is doing a big project that is difficult, then I can understand. Although, I'm not sure handymen are allowed to do big projects without a contractors license. Anyone could get a business license and call themselves a handyman. In talking to him, I felt like he thought I just fell off dumb mama's truck, because I'm a female. I had to set him straight fast. I can't say what his work is like though, because I didn't hire him.

+ -1 moreHe can fix nearly everything except electrical. He is a good guy, is reliable, and communicates very well if there is a problem. I can't say enough about Steve.
Description of Work: He's done plumbing work, built a brick landing in our lanai, fixed a closet door, fixed our garage door, and all kinds of projects over the years. The last time he visited, he installed a new leaky faucet for us.

+ -1 moreHe is not cheap, but he gets the job done. He works with realtors. He is very upfront and honest. He works by the hour or by the job, but he is willing to work with you.
Description of Work: He fixed the ceiling in my guest bedroom and the closet. He repaired to closet racks. I have popcorn ceilings and he painted those. The popcorn ceiling was peeling in the guest bedroom.
