Scott and his right hand man Paul did a fantastic job. They handpicked all of our trees & bushes getting us beautiful & healthy specimens. Scott followed the plan adjusting it onsite to ensure the best outcome. They completed the job in a timely fashion. They continued to return regularly to inspect the property looking for plants that didn't make it. We are beyond overjoyed with their work.

They were a little delayed in getting the job done but once scheduled, were prompt. They provided healthy trees which are brought from other communities, did an excellent job of spacing, placing, planting. This is the second time I have used them, the first time in 1998 when my home was new and required some trees and bushes. I love my new yard!

Arrived with a full crew and equipment ready to go. Our job took about a full week to complete. They were thorough and professional. I was offered the option of doing my property in stages if necessary but took full plan as they were flexible with financing. All plants and trees are flourishing-except one tree that is struggling. Squares has given me care instructions for that one, and I feel sure they will take care of it. I would recommend them to all. Great job!!!

We were updating our landscaping on a second home in Naples, FL that we visit only 6-8 weeks a year. About half our communication with Square's was done via phone and email. We met with the salesperson to discuss our needs and preferences. He followed up with suggestions and provided a DVD with photos of all possible plants. We proceeded to narrow down the design until the salesperson could provide a formal plan drawing. We met to make changes to the plan drawing and scheduled an installation date. The salesperson was very helpful with suggesting plants that would require little care and would stand up well to the inconsistent and sometimes rough treatment by our yard maintenance crew. Installation went generally well. They did not show up on the day scheduled, but started later the following day. This was a bit annoying since we flew down for only a few days to get the installation done. The owner showed up for the start of installation and was great to work with. The workers were polite and responsive. Square's was willing to make on site changes as needed and were reasonable with price....infact, our changes netted out to no change to the original price which was probably fair. We did have one situation where a pair of palm trees flanking the front door did not match. After a tense exchange, they were changed out to match. We weren't happy with the size of a few plants and Square's changed those out, as well. We ended up pleased with the job done. Our suggestion would be to make sure your expectations are spelled out up front, including sizes of plants. Be present for installation, so changes can be made immediately where you are unhappy. Be firm with what you want. Square's truly does want to do the job right, but it is up to you to communicate what you want. It is worth the time to do your homework on what plants you like, what size, etc. and pay attention to the positioning in the beds. We didn't like where several of the plants were placed and had them move them. The salesperson also recommended an irrigation company which they coordinated with the site plant work. It has been a few months since installation, and we are pleased with the result. The quality of the plant material, mulch and rock is very good and they are holding up well.
