+ -1 moreDISREGARD OLDER REVIEWS! Company was sold to in fall of 2023 and new owners moved company to Fort Myers with a few of the original and many new employees. The new owners have little regard for customer service and have left me with a non-functional home entertainment system in my main two rooms and a Sonos system that must be rebooted every week or two in order to work properly. I agreed to pay them time and materials to come back and troubleshoot my new system, but they won’t even return phone calls to do that! At this point I have spent $20K there and much of what they installed does nothing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE AND VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY FROM A DEALER WHO VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND FOLLOWS THRU UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETELY DONE!!!
Description of Work: Installation of new speakers, wiring, WI-FI system, mounting existing TV’s.
