I don't like to bad-mouth people but I might be able to help someone else from making a mistake. I hired this plumbing company to install a new bathtub in the guest bathroom of a remodel. When I returned to the house, about 5 hours after the plumber had left, I discovered water shooting out of the pipe in the bathroom wall where the shower head would be. I had a flood throughout the house which destroyed my carpets, tile floor, even bath and kitchen cabinets. I called Bob, the owner of the company and got his voice mail. So I called another plumber who came out and shut off the main valve to stop the flood. When Bob listened to my voice mail, he came with a helper to my house and helped me move all of my furniture into the garage and outside the house. I figured, "anyone can make a mistake," and wasn't going to complain about him. But I NEVER heard from him again and not only that, when a new plumber examined his install of the tub, it was discovered that Bob - or his assistant -left a cracked drain pipe under the tub and never hooked up the overflow connection. I don't know how it's possible to do such a terrible job. Bob's a nice guy, but I could never recommend him for a plumbing job.
