 + -1 moreWhen it was supposedly completed and they were paid in full we made a trip to our condo to see the installation. The door handle was very loose and the door stops were never installed. The stops are integral to the door operation. I called and told them about the missing parts and handle. About a month later someone came over and installed a new handle which was a totally different finish. I called back and asked why was that handle installed and the stops were still not installed. Was told the factory was on vacation and it would be a couple of weeks before they could get the stops. That was in July of last year. I have made several phone calls all unanswered till last week when both my wife and I were promised the owner would call back. Never did. It has been over 7 months since they were paid for this job as as of now it is still not complete. I would never do business with them again as they are totally unresponsive and have been paid for a job they never completed.
Description of Work: We contracted with Southwest Glass last June to build a sliding door glass enclosure for our newly remodeled master bathroom.

Took my custom elsewhere.
Description of Work: The woman at the front desk here is possibly the rudest customer service employee I have ever come across. They had my replacement glass order for a week after telling me it would be ready last Monday I went today Thursday to pick it up. She was obviously in a sour mood and snapped "name..phone number" and proceeded to keep me cooling my heels while she messed about on the comouter for ages. Then she said " did I call you to tell you this was ready" I told her it was supposed to have been ready 3 days ago. She proceeded to tell me bare faced lies as to what I had been told by her when I bought these items in. When I told her that she had a severe attitude problem and asked for the manager she said that she was the only one there. She then just snapped " you just want your stuff back then" I told her I cerainy did. As I was leaving she shout after me "bye Stewart". DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY ARE SIMPLY DREADFUL. I got the work done the same day this afternoon for 40% cheaper than this bunch of ametuers. Luckily we have a great deal og choice in Naples and dont need to put up unprofessional rude businesses.

We had Southwest Glass to our house to measure for a large mirror on January 7, 2015. They informed us they would deliver the mirror on or before January 16th, and we gave them a deposit of $300.00. They changed the delivery to Jan 20, and we waited all day for them to come, to no avail. We called the next day and they said there was a problem with the mirror, but they would deliver it on Jan. 23. Again we waited all day but no mirror. After repeated calls, they finally agreed to deliver the mirror on February 7th between 1 and 4 PM. Again we waited all day but no one came. This company has proven they are not reliable and we would implore all to avoid doing business with them. At this point we would like our deposit returned.
Description of Work: Measured and never delivered.
