I had dryer vent cleaning scheduled. During the scheduling of the appointment I went over the code to my gated community at least 3 times to make sure they had it correct.When the guy showed up to do the job he called me telling me he cant get in the gate with the code and proceeded to tell me the code he is using and it turned out to be a code i have never heard before. Before I could give them the correct code he hung up the phone on me. When I called back he proceeded to tell me off. I spoke to the owner who defended his employee and proceeded to argue with me. I will never use them again.

We had a majorly backed up vent from poor installation as do-it-your-selfers. Not only was our new dryer not working properly but we were at risk for fire hazard as we had lint build up all the way from dryer vent to roof vent. Brian went the extra mile and took care of everything at no extra charge. Very honest and courteous!
