The owner returned my call late on a weekend night. Was pleasant, accommodating, professional and helpful. He fit me in as a new customer trying to schedule service remotely. The company showed up as scheduled, did a very thorough job cleaning my rental property. The cost is right in line with other quotes I received and very much worth it. Highly recommend this company and will use their services in the future.
