Very pleasant to work with! We were having houseguests and decided to clean things ourselves without a "professional". Not to be...... as our industrial machine wouldn't work after we'd moved all the furniture out! Rudy came the next day!!! Delightful man who did a wonderful job on several upholstered pieces and a large room carpet! I will definitely refer him to all my friends and NEVER do it myself again!!

The actual request was for grout cleaning. Rudy came on time to review the project, and provided a knowledgeable assessment, and fair price. He then offered window cleaning services, which we added on. The day of the project his crew was very good and pleasant to work with. Rudy did the grout cleaning which was a huge improvement! I recommend his company and crew without hesitation.

Very reliable, professional and good service

Rudy came to my home to clean a spot on my rug. He was not knowledgeable enough to know the carpet was 50% silk or to ask or to look at the back of the rug. He proceeded to clean my rug with water and completely ruined this rug. Its texture is now crunchy, there are water stains around the perimeter, it turned yellow and his sons croc left a mark in the corner. He was not willing to compensate me for any percentage of the rug.

I was so impressed, on the efficiency on his quality of service, moved many pieces of my furniture put everything back in the right position and my tile looks brand new. I would recommend before you take your tile out and replace it have the grout and tile cleaned it is amazing the results you will see. Excellent job with excellent results.
