Slab 2 Shingles Home Inspections

It was very detailed so I thought. The air conditioners were stated as needed service. As it ended up all air conditioners were rusted apart and loaded with mold costing over $16K to replace. Nothing mentioned about the mold. Nothing done about it. Realtor discussed it with them to no avail. They were not cheap about the charge. No communications back and the complaint meant nothing to them. High priced but not recommended. Not the right provider.

The home inspection went okay. We used them for further services afterwards, and weren't happy. They didn't complete what they had agreed to complete. There were some things that were supposed to be done before we actually moved in here. When we got here they weren't done. All in all, I would say they didn't follow through. We wouldn't use them again.

Aj and his partner did a thorough job, and also explained how various things worked in the house. He provided suggestions on minor repair items. In addition, at no extra cost, Slabs2Shingles (AJ and partner) came back for the final walk thru to check out the house and repairs made. As a bonus, AJ is very personable.

They do pretty much everything. I purchased a home through a foreclosure and they brought it into absolutely perfect condition. I had one person to deal with and I was extremely satisfied. I continue to use them for the maintenance of my pool and yard and anytime I run into a problem, they are right there. They are absolutely great. They are easy to deal with and actually use current technology for things like billing. The quality of their work is also good.
