Skampa Painting

The dry wall was done half a**. We asked about this and they did better and closed door so we couldn't see what they were doing. For painting they didn't remove socket covers or huge power outlet for TVs (painted around). Didn't remove shoes took more breaks than work. Left mess in bathroom and on carpeting. Paid for eight hours and said I only paid for six and took more breaks than working. DO NOT USE EVER!!!!

Went well. Minor clean up around the house. The house looks great!

Scampa Painting did a quality job in painting the inside of our house. They were detail oriented and left almost no trace behind of their having been here outside of the press paint. They also provide for the installation of several lights and ceiling fans in the course of the project. Would definitely consider Dmitri and Al's services in the future.

Quick reply after initial contact; and prompt scheduling. Arrived at 8:30 am. Dhimiter and his crew are very professional. They were very organized, neat, and they know how to paint. Very thorough with touch ups. We are very, very pleased. Our home looks gorgeous. We highly recommend.

I called Dimitri for a painting quote for a home my and I had just purchased. He came over that afternoon and provided me with a fair price that we agreed upon. Dimitri along with his crew arrived the next day and worked from 8 A.M. until 8 P.M. then came back the next day and spent another twelve hours to complete ceilings, walls, doors and all trim 2 coats. They're work is exceptional, professional, extremely helpful and on time with great communication. We are very pleased !!

The owner Dhimiter Paparusi came to the house the day after I called him. We went over the job and agreed on a price and scheduled a day the following week to start the job. I sent him an e-mail with the additional colors for the rooms that I did not have the paint for. He said they would be at the house between 8:00 and 8:30. They were there at 8:00 and started right in painting the large room .. one taping the base boards and the other cutting in the ceiling. Dhimiter and I went over the colors again to make sure they were what we wanted before he went to pick up the paint. The two painters were joined by a third. Took one break for lunch and I didn't think they were even going to do that. The big room was done before they left the first day -- applied two coats of paint. Part of the other 5 rooms were also done the first day. The second day two painter arrived again at 8:00am. Same routine... went right to work. Finished the remaining work .. cleaned up after themselves. They were very careful with my furniture and belongings. They moved the furniture away from the walls and moved it back after the second coat of paint. Haven't found any of the 12-13 gallons of paint where it shouldn't be. Happy wife .. happy life !!

Came out promptly after phoning them and provided a very reasonable quote for the work required. Work needed to be delayed and they were very fast in returning any calls made to them.

These guys , led by Dimitri , the owner, Were fabulous to work with. They were professional & skilled. They were friendly & they were comfortable to have in our home. They went above & beyond expectations.

What a wonderful company to deal with!!! They walked through our place, discussed paint choices with me and gave suggestions based on lighting and room size. They showed up every day on time and continued working until their daily project was completed. Very professional and extremely neat while painting and cleaning up afterwards. Their service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledge of painting and quality of work. I was very satisfied with the job they did. Slight disagreement on the price. They offered an Angie List discount which I did not receive. Make sure you get a price in writing before the job.

All work was completed in a timely and a very professional manner. My home looks very nice with a fresh coat of paint and I am very satisfied.

Went very well. Team was punctual and finished much faster than originally estimated (1 1/2 days instead of 3). Several painters showed up on the first day. Two painters to finish on the second day. Two coats of sherwin williams paint included in total cost. Team did a nice job. I pointed out a few spots that needed additional attention and they were done without complaint. Not the most expensive quote I received nor the cheapest but very fair I felt. Professional and responsive. I would recommend to anyone and use again.

You will be making a big mistake if you don't use this Team of experts! I asked them to do extra's and they did everything without question for fair price on EVERTHING!

I hired this company based on the wonderful reviews on Angies List. First good things- they were prompt, finished on time, helped me pick color. Now the bad- they did not cover anything properly, paint spatters everywhere. They broke my expensive kitchen faucet, dented my new dryer hood, scratched the new mirrors in the bathroom, broke the nozzle on my hose, left paint all over the hose, and broke the wooden shades to a few windows. The worst part about all of it was when these things were pointed out the owner of the company argued that I had done these things. My husband almost got into a fist fight. The owner would not accept blame when it was so evident that his workers caused all this. However he did fix all the items as I refused to pay until that was done. Things happen, I know, a simple I'm sorry would have gone a long way. Instead he argued with us repeatedly. Very, very unprofessional! This I think was the most upsetting part of all. Do yourself a favor and skip them. I interviewed others and should have gone with the one that was slightly higher.

They made a special effort to complete the job quickly so we (and our dogs) would not be displaced too long. The paint work was great, they were all VERY professional and polite and TIMELY in completing the work---it looks great and we are VERY HAPPY with the new paint! We HIGHLY recommend them! It took them one day, two guys. They arrived promptly, worked hard and did an excellent job.

Highest marks for quality work and customer service for Dhimiter and his team. They responded immediately to every phone call and never stopped until we were satisfied - all of this under a short deadline, and at a fair price. We can't speak highly enough of them and will no doubt be calling them again in the future. You should, too - you won't be sorry.
