+ -1 moreOn 3 occasions, the main painter asked if they needed to cover the floors. I said no as new tile would be laid over the top. Upon completion of the painting, my first impression was they had applied more paint to the floor rather than the ceiling and walls. When I questioned the reason, the main painter stated he asked me 3 times of this concern. Unfortunately, I did not realize it would be to this extreme. It was a portion of my fault for not asking. However, I feel he could have divulged more information or explained that an excess of paint would be on the floor. He basically responded that it is the flooring installer's problem now. Another concern was the bath. It felt gritty. Sliding glass doors, windows and mirrors had over spray remaining on them. When I contacted the business, they did not do any follow up.
Description of Work: To begin the painting process, the painters filled holes, repaired cracks along with covering windows, fans, lights and mirrors. There was no furniture or accessories to move as I was preparing to move into it upon completion. My home is 1800 square feet of living space. The areas in my home which were painted were the interior double car garage, laundry, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, hallways, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, waiting area and two walk-in closets. They painted the areas by spraying the ceiling and walls. The overall spraying process was done well on the ceiling and walls. The price was fair. Upon completion of the job, I gave him a check for the amount he requested. One month later, I received another bill for $238. The business had miscalculated the total cost from my initial deposit of half of the estimate and the completion amount. I paid the company as it was owed to them.

+ 0 moreSuperb job by a friendly, skilled English craftsman. He was meticulous about his work and left my house spotless after the job was finished. My Husband and I were very pleased with is work and will be using him again.
