+ -1 moreI was very disappointed in the service especially after reading the A rating on Angies List. They arrived almost two hours late. They did an ok job, just the minimum. They cleaned around everything. Never moved or cleaned in any of the corners. The floors were done the same way.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Paul cleaned all the carpets in our condo. I didn't want the furniture moved, so he did all the areas around the furniture. Our carpets are 15 years old with wear patterns and I wasn't sure he could get them clean. After his efforts above and beyond expectations, our carpets look almost new. He was very carefuI around our furniture and wore booties to protect our carpets. We will definitely hire Paul again.

+ 0 moreWe just can’t say enough about Paul (and Rich)...totally recommend them! Since we had 2 different services, it was hard to nail down prices. I just put an appx total for both carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning.
Description of Work: Paul and his helper were awesome! They came twice to make sure our carpet stains came out. We just purchased this condo and thought we would have to get all new flooring, but with Paul’s great work ethic, we will be able to wait a couple of years before we need to address the flooring. We also hired him to clean our tile and grout. It was pretty badly stained as well and he is going to return to make sure he gets it looking clean. We will hire him again in a heartbeat. We plan on having him clean the screens on the lanai (Hurricane Irma did a number on the screens. Then to top it all off, Paul introduced us to a very good friend of his, who is now our best handyman ever. Rich is amazing as well. We feel so fortunate to have found these two men who do such outstanding work. They are courteous, on time, work very hard, guarantee their work, and more than fair with their prices.

+ 0 morePaul came early and stayed late. On top everything being perfectly cleaned Paul managed to bring my nine year old carpets back to life. They were really bad and I thought I would have to replace them. Thanks to Paul I don’t have to replace any of my carpets. He also had one of his House keeping teams in and did an amazing job.

+ 1 moreWe are very unhappy with the results after the floor and grout sealant was completely dried. There are many areas of the floor that actually look WORSE than when the technician started the job. I believe dirty water was left on several areas, which later dried, and the sealant was applied on top of it. The sealant was hand sprayed - there are numerous over-sprayed areas that do not wipe up which make the floor look really dirty. It also appears that he totally missed some areas. I now believe that the "steam" equipment he used on my floors is actually intended for carpet cleaning, not tile. My tile floors look worse now than before and will be redone by a different company.
Description of Work: Used Angie's List member special to have ceramic tile steam cleaned and grout sealed. I was told there would be two men to do the job, only 1 arrived. Technician was friendly and polite but - bottom-line - the results were poor, he did not do a good job. Very disappointed. (Updated, review delayed due to hurricane)

This was a difficult job in that the grout lines were approximately 1/4 inch with a light colored grout, however the end result was excellent. Cleaned op completely and completed the job in about 5 hours.
Description of Work: We had approximately 940 ft. sq. of ceramic tile and its grout cleaned and sealed.
