Description of Work: Did full cleaning for seasonal beach rental home. Silva and Silva are exceptional. Our beach rental has never been so clean. The ladies showed up and went right to work. Their professionalism and attention to detail is beyond reproach. We have used other companies over the years and never have dealt with such competent, nice, professional people. Description of Work: Disregarded instructions for cleaning in large house. Several items of furniture and a large framed mirror were damaged as a result. Owner of cleaning service refused to review damages that occurred. The result of the damages are estimated to be several thousand dollars and at that point services were terminated.

Description of Work: I thought over all they did a pretty good job. I had to book them on short notice. I had no furnishings in my house yet so pretty simple overall. I had some things I needed done on my list that they didn't do but in other tasks they went above and beyond. Overall very satisfied. One of the gals spoke no English at all and my Spanish is minimal so that made it a bit difficult but the 2nd half on the job spoke good English and could tell her what needed to be done.
