Shadow Ridge Properties LLC

Description of Work: I had my homeowners association wanting to foreclose on my home. Ken from Shadow Ridge Properties contacted my ex-husband with whom I owned the home with, Ken offered him $1,000.00 for a half a million dollar home. My ex-husband said yes for he was after revenge from me. Okay, then Ken approached me and without really having an option I said okay. He only offered $500.00 but stated that I would be able to stay in the home until Sept. 30, 2012 in that is why I was receiving less. I stated ok for I would have to move anyway. Well, at the moment I stated okay and gave him a key to the home, remember I was re-renting the home from him, he started having workers come over without telling me first. I am a woman alone and he was letting strange men in and never telling me first. He did this for about three weeks. The his partner Jack sent me an email the third week of July and stated to me I had seven days to move out. It was a three bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living room, pool home with only me packing. Jack stated I would have to leave my furniture there if I could not get it all out in time. Funny how Ken and Don that worked for him wanted part of my furniture stating it would go all so well in their homes and I was in the bedroom when they thought I was not home and stated that I was the biggest bimbo and that were going to take my furniture anyway because I could never move it fast enough. Heck, with that. I sold some of my jewelry and paid a mover to move it all to a storage room, How dare this company prey on the woman of the community and not care and basically laugh at someone elses misfortune. My home was broken in the last night I was there buy two men with knives and an icepick. The men had dropped the knives and icepic when my dogs went after them. Never know if this was a result of what this company did with letting strange men come to a home with a woman living alone. On one occassion they had let a pool man come over without telling me and the pool man made some very horrific remarks about my breast and the property manager laughed for he was there and I told him to stop. He laughed and asked "Can't you take a joke" Not funny! If any person is going to loose their home and this SO CALLED COMPANY approaches you, please if you cannot save your house just let the bank take itand not go through what I went through. This is a SO CALLED COMPANY picking off the bones of the misfortunate of this community. All I can say is Jack, Ken and Don - I know you have wives and children. I hope this never happens to them. You never know what the future holds.
