Johnny was very responsive and came to our home almost immediately from the time I reached out. He was very thorough of our situation and was at our home for over 2hours on a late Friday night. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He gave us multiple options for our home and went over everything in detail. Although he rendered a temporary solution to our problem, I have no doubts that his services would be an asset to any home. Ultimately we had our new install performed by another company, but I would recommend Semper Fi 100%. I look forward to using his services in the future.

After some serious investigating, I found out that this is a problem with several newer air conditioners. To remedy the problem and replace the switch involved taking much of the air conditioner apart in order to get to and replace the faulty switch. When I contacted Jonny, he was already familiar with the problem, knew how to replace the switch, and promptly made an appointment with me. He arrived on time, was very informative, and the price was extremely reasonable for the work done. I have recommended him to others who have also been very pleased with the quick, reliable, and reasonably priced service.
